Please what advice would you give to a new grad nurse either no roi pus CNA experience beside clinical on how to get into labor and delivery. It’s really my dream 🥹 really don’t want to settle for med surg.

I have an upcoming video taking about this. Be on the lookout for it! You’re going to do great! L&D is a really good unit to work in but getting in can be a little challenging. Don’t worry I’ll make a video on it soon.
