Two uploads in a DAY?! C’moooooon!! Also, I appreciate you acknowledging 9/11 with those guys that are out their putting their life on the line for us everyday, and as they did on September 11th. Thanks, Ryan. I will always watch your crews videos.
Ryan, I’m a long time watcher, first time commenter. I absolutely love these day in the life videos you’ve been doing. How you manage to balance being a father, husband, son, a business owner, and now a RU-vid star just amazes me. This world is lucky to have someone like you in it, and could benefit hugely if more people with your moral character were in it. You’ve truly become an inspiration and role model to me, and I sincerely thank you for sharing your life with us.
Quickly becoming my favorite video series. Ryan you are an inspiration to young men in troubling times. I never had a relationship with my father and I greatly respect and admire everything you do from your family to your business and the community. Thank you and please keep it going this is really something special!
I feel the same way cause I Had an abusive father growing up. (I'm guessing a ton of people had as well) Watching Ryan interact with his family and crew, always makes me feel better. I don't really understand why, but it just does. lol
@@woolfy02 I know that my father only treated me like his did, it's a cycle of abuse and I have forgiven him. But as a young man in his mid 20s I struggle to know if I don't face my own demons in time I will become the monster I feared to my own kids.
Ryan, being self employed myself I find it extremely difficult to balance all of family and business time. Sometimes it even causes issues in my personal life. You are walking proof that it’s possible and I envy that! Hats off to you sir!
What do u fund the hardest im self employed as well since I'm my own boss I make my own hours and am able to schedual time for family. During regular school year I have breakfast with fam each morning and take kids to school and the go to work and work late usually till 7pm take sat sun off and during summer break I start work early 5am and never work past 130pm to spend rest of day with fam and then back to regular routine during school year and alway make sure to go to my kids events and sports games ect
Hey Ryan, Tomorrow will be one year since I lost my dad, I will always remember these kinds of trips with my dad. He was only 54 when he passed. I love seeing the bond you have with your kids. You are an amazing person.
I really love these personal videos. It gives a sense of what you value in your life. It makes us as viewers connect to you even more so than just a hardworking man. It’s one thing to assume what you’re working for rather than seeing what it is you’re actually doing it for. These videos really bring a sense of real ness that we all can relate with. Good job Ryan. It’s eeeeeasy money when you know what you’re doing it for.
I’m a general contractor in Louisiana and found your videos about a month ago. I love how you bring your kids a long I’ve made it a point to bring my son along since he around 2 and take him on different equipment and explain to him what’s going on at a job site. And now my daughter enjoys it just as much as he does. You do amazing quality work and also very efficient. The work-life balance is tough in this industry but staying true to yourself and your faith is inspiring and I love seeing someone doing it right.
You’re a wonderful dad and father. I enjoy everyone of your videos. I’m retired after working in the Film Industry over 38 years. I’ve seen many interesting things and people but watching you pour concrete everyday is very enjoyable. You’re a honorable person and I admire you greatly.
Literally just about brought me to tears. This has to be the most wholesome RU-vid channel on the site. I enjoy watching every single one of your videos, especially after making that easy money. Your crew and family are all just wonderful human beings and I wish you all the best! Love from Arizona Brother!
You are such a wonderful father, it’s heart warming. I’m turning 22 this month and it’s been just over a year since I found my father after he took his own life. It is so refreshing seeing such wholesome content, keep up the great content
I’ve been going back and watching all your videos from the start. This video really hit me, as a firefighter in Virginia. I love you leading by example and willing to help out where you can. I’m not very religious but you share your views in such a way that make me motivated to be a better person. You lead by example and by doing, and that’s exactly what this world needs. Amen brother 🤘🏼
Ryan, this touched my heart. My husband Charlie and I discovered your channel early on and we enjoy it immensely. We have shared your channel with our children and friends and continue to do so. You remind me so much of my husband. He as well was a Contractor and would take our sons and daughter to job sites. Now they are grown and have their own careers , but when we need help with one of our flip house projects they are right there! First thing my husband did as soon as they could talk was teach them how to shake hands, say thank you and open doors. If more fathers did what you are doing tight now , this world would be a better place. Thank you and wish you always the best life God has to offer you and your family🇺🇸❤️🙏🏻
Man you guys from Victory are a bunch of true concrete specialists and constant professionals . Your crew and yourself deserve all the props in the world for the incredible beauty of the work that you put out. Great job
Hey Ryan, I’m a landscape gardener installing patios and driveways in the UK. I love how you guys work and your ethics towards work life and family life. This video was beautiful to watch, thank you!
If the lady from the coffee shop ever sees this it’s people like you that make us blue collar workers smile in the mornings when we are having a bad day. Thank you for people like you ma’am❤️
Ryan as a 21 year old, you set the example. I man that loves, cares, and has a heart of pure gold. You’re the definition of a family man, and you’re the definition of a man of God, I can tell how much you allow him to be in your life, because it shows through your actions. You set the example as a family man, business owner, and a follower of Christ. I pray that your family has continuous blessings. Thank you, Ryan.
@@jordanthomas1630 Christ said that in the last days 'people would be lovers of themselves' So having social media sites like Facebook,Instagram etc and posting pictures and videos about yourself and everything you do on a daily basis falls into that category. As well as these people who are RU-vidrs.They walk around with a camera to their face trying to record every single thing that they do about themselves. And that's exactly one of the things Christ mentioned about the last days. That 'people would be lovers of themselves'
@@troypolamalukingtroytrojan1538 Yeah that makes sense!!! Thank you friend! I always feel sorry for the all of the adults posting absurd amounts of self centered things on their social media. It comes off as them trying to be righteous! At least that's the way I see it. It also sucks though that's the way I see it because that's how common being shitty is nowadays. I wish every video I watched had something nice in it.
@@jordanthomas1630 no problem. The internet can be very informative and education but most people don't use it for that purpose I guess. They just want to be seen
As a past volunteer Firefighter I was very touched but the visit to the open house. I had the pleasure of doing several of those in my career and they are a treasured memory that I had forgotten. Thank you! We had a similar smoke house that traveled around our county for such events and I will say there is not a much better educational aid when it comes to teaching the little ones what to do in real house fire situations. I came across your channel several weeks ago now and have pretty much been binge watching it ever since. There is just something special about it and I have no idea what it is. I have had many careers in my lifetime including being a General Contractor who as part of a house remodel poured a very long driveway on the side of a hill. I was fortunate to have a couple friends who were very skilled finishers so I survived but could not have done it without them. I still have no idea what kept the cement from running down the hill. I think it was a 6 or 7 bag 5 slump. I have pictures somewhere. After watching all these videos I appreciate what they did even more than before. It was the last large project I did with my father. He was an amazing Jack of all Trades and at 60+ he was out there working with us.
Man I got so much respect for you. You always make time for your kids and make sure to make fun memories with them. Your really are a good dad, trust me those memories will always be in there head. I lost my dad back in 2017 and it’s never easier but the memories make it easier.
Not that you need to be told this, but you are an amazing father, if this world had more fathers like you it would definitely be a better place, keep up the good work, God Bless Scott F “✝️” from Canada 🇨🇦
You are an amazing father and boss to your crew! You seem like you would go out of your way to help anyone. I can only hope to find a man that is just like you one day. Awesome videos!
I absolutely love the content. Without being too soft, I’m 32 and when I watch these videos it gives me so much to shoot for, work hard and raise a family in all the right ways. I love it!
I couldn't help but bust pit laughing when you posted and said see how organized the tools are, I love you so much man your the American we need way more of
As a father of one I have no idea how you do it, you truly make my day. Watching your videos make me challenge my opportunities to improve as a man, father and husband. God bless!
A lot of us make it a point, as Americans and New Yorkers, to watch as much of the 9/11 ceremonies and specials on T.V. every year, which leaves us all emotionally drained. I, for one, found that this video in particular helped pick up my spirits a bit. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for giving us some weekend entertainment. I'm always surprised how small your back patio is. I would imagine your whole yard would be concreted.
Love how toy are not just a boss, but a coach for your employees. If I had a boss like you would have loved that line of work. More management needs to watch your style. Love how you are also about family! Thank you sir!
Best video yet!! That's fantastic you took your son to learn about fire safety!! I'm Deputy Chief in Eagle just south east of Waukesha County and very proud you did that and showed people what we do in the Fire service!!! Great job Ryan!!!
Ryan , i have mad respect for you and youre wife . raising youre kids with love and respect and showing them that nothing comes without effort . keep safe and healthy .love the channel
Just had my second child one week ago and I was watching victory videos all night before my second was born. Love the family.feel and the hard work you're awesome man awesome family thank you
I’ve been watching your channel now for about 4 months and now it’s something I look forward to after getting home from work. I’ve had to go back and watch your videos from all the ones I’ve missed but I can say I’ve actually learned a lot from this channel. I’ve helped some friends get concert pushed around and didn’t have a clue what I was doing but your videos are great because of the humor and lessons learned but the one in this video is the most important for me. The way you’re able to fit everything in and being able to have the relationships you have with your kids speaks volumes on your character as a dad and as a boss. Keep up the hard work because I know myself plus many others really enjoy what you’re pushing out on RU-vid!! Everything you’re doing is victory style and it’s awesome!
Man this video was amazing, imI as a father love the moments I get to spend with my kids. I can have the hardest and longest work day but as soon as I get home, my battery recharges instantly! Thank you for sharing this with us Ryan.
So incredibly grateful I came across this channel a few months ago, I really appreciate these videos. Ryan, you’re a great guy, have an amazing family and good team. I hope for when you reach 100k subscribers that you take a well deserved break, you deserve it for how hard working you are!
Thanks for supporting the fire department. Coming from a subscriber I'm also a Volunteer Firefighter and EMT. Means alot when the public takes the time to say thankyou and get involved.
Ryan you and the guys are the best RU-vid channel to watch ever ! You guys are always having fun and teaching the values of hard work and honesty. Can’t wait to watch all the future videos. Keep up the great work and God bless you, your family and the guys of Victory. BIG LANCE
Love it when I’m able to work in a day with the kid coming along. A man as busy as you, and how you make it work, inspires me to do it even more. Keep up the awesome work Ryan. Victory style! P.S. - I heard the update on hats. Buying one as soon as you have them in stock. 👍
RYAN i just love how u treat ur workers & the family times is thee Best .!!! I truly appreciate your videos & as i was growing up my dad was an abusive one. Watching u the way u are w your boy got me all teary eyed . GOD BLESS U & THE FAMILY..
You are a great man, you are teaching your children to be great men and women! You are teaching them how to succeed and make a difference in this world. The values you show them to have are lost on the world right now, you show those kids what it means to succeed. To give everything you have, blood, sweat, hard work and even tears, the values that this country has been built upon, showed and taught us to keep pushing forward in life. This country has many traditions and none of us would be here or free if it wasn't for the greatest one of all "HONOR"! You raised them correctly, and i know my opinion doesn't matter but i thank you for it!
Ryan, really enjoy watching your videos after sitting down from work all day I know I can put on RU-vid and watch something decent and meaningful! Seeing how much effort you put in day after day to support your family and taking care of your employees and the high quality of concrete. It’s just easyyyyy money. Keep up the good work and keep the enjoyable videos coming. Watching from over the pond here in England. Truly world wide famous! Cheers.
Your a great dad. Very wholesome to see. Made me think about all the good times I had with my dad and the way he raised me. He passed away 4 and half years ago from complications of diabetes. Miss that man alot.
Must respect to you Ryan. Came across one of your video out of the blue and ever since I been hooked on them. I live in Ct. and wish there was more people like you out here as a business man and as a boss. If I was living out in your way I would definitely be working for you, just the way you care about your crew says it all. Much love and respect and thanks for taking me through VICTORY day life
Going back through the videos and watching some older ones. Man I respect you greatly as a man and father. You seem like you are a truly genuine human being. The way that you treat your children and the community is amazing. Best wishes man. I watch all your new videos when they come out. Alot can be learned not just from your concrete videos but also your day in the life videos as well! Please make a couple more new ones of those!
Keep visiting your parents as much as you can. I cherish all the times I got with my dad. Sadly he passed earlier this year from Covid. I miss him!! Love the videos!
Great video Ryan nice to meet Daniel. As a past emergency medical service instructor recognizing our first responders means a lot to me. May God bless all the families who lost family members at 911.
GREAT video Ryan! I'm always impressed by what comes out of my adult sons' mouths that is kind and thoughtful and respectful of others. The idea that you are setting an example of how to be and how to treat others is paramount and you've obviously got a great family due to being that example. God bless and stay well!
Discovered your videos a few days ago and to say the least I'm just a young kid who loves to watch stuff like this. It's an inspiration to myself and to know it's possible to be a successful man when you work towards it. It's nice to see first hand that I can do it. Thanks for the videos, truly.
Very very nice videos watch you every time you post💯 shoutout for Isaac from Phoenix Arizona really good motivation to keep going I’m 19 years old and on the road to starting a landscaping business
I got 4 young kids so it’s just awesome seeing other fathers out there having fun with their children. I try to raise them every day with two important words. Common sense. Looks like you do the same exact thing Ryan.👍
I lost my dad in 2016 when I was 21. I have memories like these burned into my mind and I'd give anything to be able to create more with him, but of course I can't. Thank you for posting this. I love seeing fathers take care of their children as my father took care of me and my siblings.
I remember my fondest memories we’re going to work with my dad listening to music and going and getting snacks from the store! Great video Ryan! Your an awesome dad! Victory style!!!!
This is awesome Ryan. Beautiful family. Awesome content. Super honest & transparent. We are all a part of the victory fam. Blessings from NJ. WE ALL LEARN THINGS EVERYDAY. INCLUDING ON YOUR CHANNEL.
Ryan I personally think these videos with the family take channel to a whole different level of people connecting with the channel in a personal level of you as family man and not just a working level. Guess it shows your a person and not just a business. Congrats on the success of the channel and throw in a personal video every once in while your good person in life and spills over in all aspects of ability to run company as boss. Thanks for great content. Keep them coming !!!!!!
You truly are the kind of person we viewers are aspiring to be, and run a work environment most of us would love to have. A good father, hard worker, businessman and Business owner. Thank you for all the videos, they help pass the time getting ready in the mornings. Hats of to you and the crew. Keep up the great work, you ALL add something unique to the job and to the videos. I got my first on the way for December, you give great work advice, any parenthood advice? edit- The end of the video really got me, damn. I hope to be half the person you are when it come to fatherhood.
SOMETIMES YOU HEAR ABOUT 'EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE". SOMEONE WHO LAUGHS AT THEMSELVES, IS HUMBLE AND KNOWS TRUE HUMILITY. RYAN IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THESE PEOPLE.
Hey Ryan. Greeting from New Jersey. Love watching you do your thing. I aspire to be good father and a trustworthy and respectable contractor like yourself. Thank you for the content. Keep it up!
Looks like your pops could use a new concrete driveway, victory style! Also, as a firefighter myself I really appreciate your gesture to hook them up. My department is 100% funded by donations and we receive no tax revenue. It’s generous people like you that allow us to do our jobs with the tools that we need.
That’s cool that you played golf Ryan! ⛳️ I love golf due to it being the hardest game I’ve ever played and it’s very relaxing as well. Your boy is the cutest most well behaved little boy. What a blessing and again…. Thanks for sharing!
Man! I dont know how you do it, but I like the way you find time for everything. Successful isn’t just making big money. The balance in life between work and family is the real success. Love this videos for the weekend 🤙🏽
