Besides Eric doing what he did, join us as we get some stuff done and have a little fun at the same time. When it rains, there is ALWAYS stuff to get done. Enjoy
There a big difference between Daryl and Eric. Eric genuinely feels bad. Confronted it right away, didn't try to make a joke or downplay. Eric is anything but careless. He will do what he can to make it right. Accidents happen.
The fact Eric owned up to it right away shows his integrity as a human. If more people were as honest as him in this world there'd be a lot less to worry about.
Everyone makes mistakes. And those dumps aren’t easy to drive for novice drivers. Almost always people forget to account for the box width lol. Cheers Ryan your a great boss and you inspire me to wanna take things to a new level.
You could see the pain in Eric’s eyes. He didn’t want to disappoint you like that. Well handled Ryan. A day like that will always be remembered and he will remember that you were stand up about it.
As someone who works construction and has had guys under him. tools disappear , trucks are abused , and people don’t show. BUT when you find someone who owns up to their mistakes and is accountable that’s all you can ask for. You can tell Eric is a really good person.
Clean that scratch, tape off and paint it so it does not rust, then run full length reflective tape down both sides. You handled it good Ryan, and that young man feels terrible for it.
Yes! I was thinking about the same but Instead of tape! repair With reflective paint. and around the whole bottom of the box.tape draws moisture behind it. They make a rust prohibited reflective paint.
@@mikeberger5025 I mainly mentioned tape because I know Ryan had bought a roll of it to use on his trucks in earlier videos so he is familiar with using it, you make a very good point.
@@rtsolution11 yes, even better this way it gets used and well, I think make it more visible like markerlights. I do hope he doesn't make to much out of this Eric's honest upfront and man it's a work truck. no need to hold it over his head. Can't keep help if you're equipment or tools required are made of crystal but rated for steel. Can't be walking on pins and needles it's construction and sertinley things are going to happen. No one was hurt no other damage was reported no insurance claims I think if anything the new driver knows what he's going to face down the road. And be careful with his equipment if anything comes out of this situation it was clearly a good lesson learned of Ryan's standards.
The fact that Eric owned up to it right then and there shows how much he cares and the character he has, compared to other certain guys. He’s a keeper!!
He'll do anything to fix it unless it involves showing up on time. I would have been fired loooooong ago as would every person in this comments section
Ryan as an owner of a business with employees who drive vehicles you understand accidents happen. Eric was genuinely sorry for damaging your vehicle. he's a good employee and those are hard to find these days. All that ribbing and then scratchings his truck was uncalled for,it made me think a little less about you as a person . Best wishes to you and the Crew this season
@@B4TenShowI definitely did... Eric's truck needs work, but what Ryan did was childish and uncalled for especially from the Owner of the company not just a coworker
I'm sure they did that cuz Eric is planning on replacing his truck bed. He's not the type to just scratch Eric's truck out of revenge. He probably said it to Eric as a joke, and Eric said go for it.
@@TheDanielsanti I Fully Agree with you comment. Eric lacks attention and focus. His focus is on tic toc not the job site.. For Eric to lack attention on the truck scratch and to keep driving not noticing hearing a thing.
Big respect to Eric owning up to it right away and showing how bad he feels. Obviously anyone would be furious with that including myself but gotta give Eric my respect for that
Also absolutely awesome that you helped that emt out with getting his car out! They truly don’t get paid enough for what they do so that man will always remember you and what you did!
When hiring new employees matching organizational values and personalities that fit in with existing team members is the main priority. Ryan, you have a natural instinct for matching both qualities when you bring on new employees.
You are so lucky to have Eric on board as an employee. Honest employees are almost impossible to find these days. He admits his F ups and takes responsibility for them. That is such a rare trait to find in a young person, he has been raised right that bloke.
I JUST WANT TO CONGRATULATE YOU RYAN FOR THE WAY YOU HANDLE THINGS, SOMETIMES IS HARD TO CONTROL YOURSELF WHEN THIS KIND OF THING HAPPENS BUT DEFINITELY GOD HAS WORKED IN YOU. GOD BLESS YOU..
Finally done binge-watching all the videos of this channel! Time to watch the other Victory channel (not as many videos but still). Bugs (and Jade), Eric, Tino, Fransisco, Big Ray, Nate (altho he's not a concrete guy), Ryan (Ryan Jr. and Autumn later on). Very nice team! I'm sure Big Ray will give it his all to learn and keep on making progress as time goes on. Same with Ryan Jr. when he gets his CDL and starts helping out with that part. Keep doing what you're doing, love the videos! Best regards from Sweden. PS! Eric, that scratch man. . . . . YIKES! But atleast you owned up to it, no excuses or trying to avoid it.
Ryan, you're a class act. Actions like helping Trey are what life's all about. Goodluck on the new season; I'm positive your dream of owning that commercial land will come to fruition.👍
It’s really Ryan’s fault. Everyone knows Eric can’t even hardly see over the steering wheel. He’s like a little old granny driving down the road. All you can see is his knuckles on the steering wheel.😂😂😂😂
I’m slowly getting through all your videos…I am a skin therapist but I suddenly found a interest for watching concreting and all your content. I suffer and am disabled but your videos really are me laugh plus really love watching your jobs. Love from Emma in the uk ❤ luv you all and beautiful family you have Ryan…thanks guys
Thank You for the many good laughs. As far as the scratch you handled it well. You have the soul of a wise man. Keep up the positive. Easy Money and Change the World.. 🌿🕊️
It's good to know that there are still people out there able to live the American dream. Got your own business, nice house and family. Good for you man 👍👍
its already scratched all the way through, picking little flakes off isnt gonna matter, i think its a bit far for making fun of him not knowing how to drive stick shift
I served in the concrete world doing foundations for 30 years until my left knee lew out on a job site. 3 knee surgery's one was a total knee replacement. Having a close knit relationship with your workers in my opinion builds pride and trust and a great crew. Keep up the great work.
WOW Ryan when I think you can’t be any better of a person than you already are, you go and get a strangers car out for free. Do you know how much money and frustration you saved that guy! You’re truly a class act! I just love you!
I have to say, Eric is a keeper and much respect to u Ryan for how u handled the situation. And u keying his truck at the end was priceless. U have an awesome channel. Keep doing what ur doing!
Eric, massive respect to you. Not many people would have owned up to it straight away, and that shows that you genuinely feel bad. So massive respect to you mate 💯💯 Not gonna lie, the ending had me in stitches 😂 Just gonna ignore the fact that the wheel arch has rusted out 😂😂😂
It's a work truck! First of many scratches to come, Eric should be proud! You could tell he's about to lose sleep over that one. Seems like a great employee and an even better kid
Cpl things. I respect Eric for owning up to it right away. Sh-- happens i grew up on the farm, and stuff happens. The best thing to do is take responsibility. Also not many ppl know about this but if you are driving a vehicle and not used to the gas side. If you look at the gas gage there is an arrow pointing to the side of the vehicle that it's on.
Oh no! Is Eric turning into Daryl? Great to see your getting his CDL. You should be proud raising your children the way you are. It’s also a great motivator for Eric.
Notice the discipline Ryan has, going back to peoples sites to make them happy and keep them appeased even if they’re wrong, the diet, running a crew, having kids, it appears at glance it’s the concrete pouring which is the work but it’s really the PERSON and the HABITS that makes this all possible. Mixed with a good personality and that’s why he’s such a successful and social able guy, I’d work for Ryan seasonally any day!
Eric just run tape along each side of the scratch and paper to protect from over spray do light coats to fill it in won’t be perfect but it will blend in
That’s what I had in mind too but Ryan needs to let Eric suffer a little we know Eric didn’t do it on purpose. Easy fix I won’t be surprised if Eric comes in late that night to the shop and fixes the scratch 🥴😂😂
I want to start by saying Ryan you are the man!!May God Bless you kind soul always, I just cried when you helped that young man get his car out. And Eric is such an amazing man, every woman wants a son like him ❤ he is a exceptional employee a keeper and there’s no comparison between him and that ratero !!! It’s fixable Eric and not the end of the world buddy. Let’s start a go fund me for Victory new property, I’m in because Ryan is a giving man a deserves support from his followers.
Man. I hope big ray falls in love with concrete bc i feel like he is such a good fit for the crew. Seems like a cool guy and a good teammate/ coworker.
your a good boss .poor erick looked so worried sad.but the way you handled the incident so good.god bless you keep the great vids comming. ericke is young but he cares about what you think off him.
Ryan, you continue to amaze me! New truck gets scratched by Eric, no big deal! I like Eric and what he brings, but HE really needs to become more responsible for his actions! I know he felt bad, but get a grinder, sandpaper and matching paint and fix it. I wouldn't be perfect, but it would be better.
