I remember when I brought my essa to dinner once. We were waiting outside looking at flowers and some people walk by and said “does she bite?” And we all laughed and she added “I love your dog” and walked off. It was my first interaction with my essa so I was happy it went good

I just started to use essa animals during school and I am getting made fun of A LOT. But, I will keep bring my essa animals to school bc they make me happy. I am so glad to see people like you who use essa animals. I have been super scared to use them and I thank for the confidence you have given me to keep bring them around with me.

also, i know its like roleplay or whatever but calling a stuffed animal a working animal is kind of not a good thing because real service dogs get access issues and whatever and stuffed animals are allowed to be called working so.. but yeah cool vid

@@Cloudpawswc most of the time it does. i think i speak for most of the SD and SDiT community when i say that this is kind of mockery and weird considering a stuffed animal a ''service dog'' or ''emotional support animal'' because they're inanimate objects. i have anxiety which is why i have a service dog and if she's got bad anxiety she should just try and owner train a dog.

@@wrensden Not only anxiety but POTS and other stuff she has.It’s not mockery some people don’t have the time,money or anything like that(school as well)I don’t see a reason to hate the essas,this person doesn’t label it as a service dog or emotional support dog,same for most the community.It’s essa (emotional support stuffed animal)they know it’s a stuffed animal.Working dogs can also be protection,herding,live stock and so on.

This is kinda random, but one time I took one of my ESSA’s to a vans store, and one of the workers came walking up to me and she like, tilted her head and said “Is that real or a toy?” So my dad replied “fake.” And she goes, “OHhhHhHhH, because we had a dog today that looked like a toy :’) “, afterward she asked if she could pet him,a nod I said yes, and overall she was super sweet!

@@FluffySupportPaws bc,if she actually did have an actual panic attack then she would be able to enjoy it bc she/he would be having a panic attack. But sounds like she had an anxiety attack, which is VERY different.
