Did you know Subway's bread has so much sugar in it that in Ireland the legally ruled it to be classified as "cake" instead of actual bread? That's why it smells and tastes so sweet, lol. Not complaining though, since it tastes good, but just something I figured would be interesting to share ;)
Just for fun, the lines you made at the top of the bread are called scoring, and it's to let the bread expand more easily as it's baking. It also makes the bread looks nice. 🥰
haha about the proofer, you’re mostly right! it’s a warm little thing that is usually only slighter warmer than the restaurant, and it makes sure the bread rises in case the restaurant is too cold. it also helps places like subway that bake things like this stay consistent between locations because corporate should have regulations on how to operate them :)
So the total no of breads you put into the poofer is no of trays multiplied by no of breads per tray which means there were 6 trays with 5 breads in each so it's 5 x 6 = 30 breads .. therefore u baked a total of 30 breads 🥖 🥖
What's funny is how we have Subway in Jamaica but I've never been there yet I can probably tell anyone two subway orders because of Milad's videos. Even the ice creams rolls i think i can handle. It's all in the Chop, Chop ,fold 😂

🥖 this was actually better than the video made by the guy who actually WORKS at subway 🥖 well done. I am however trying to find the first steps of making this bread (the flour the yeast / kneading it/etc.) but I’m guessing that’s the part they keep secret…. I suppose they don’t want to publish and visually confirm the fact they add all that rubber floor mat powder material in with the flour and what not. Who can blame them…. Im guessing that the dough comes pre-made, risen once, and rolled into those cylindrical shapes… or at the very least- the “flour” comes to the store pre-packaged 😅 …. Wow 😈
5 times 2 is 10 because there is 5 loafs of bread and it can fit 2 pans each then you would multiply 10 times 3 cause there are 10 loafs of bread on each rack and 3 racks that he filled in total he would have made 30 loafs of bred. I was a baker for 6 years yes the prover rises the bread and then after 40 minutes it goes into the oven this is a normal bread plant but it’s the same usually

The only thing that pisses me off about milad and Dylan is the fact that they constantly talk about how hard their work is, you make fucking ice cream and sandwiches and you complain about how much work you have, when most people are doing actually hard work like construction, or having to work 12 hours a day in an office just to pay the bills, and these two make thousands of dollars a day and make sandwiches and want to complain about not getting enough respect
