Peanut Butter Cookies
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
Mix well.
Add
1 egg slightly beaten
3/4 cups pb
1tsp vanilla
Add:
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tap salt
Bake 375° 12 minutes
BANANA LOAF:
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
Mix well
Add
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
2 cups flour
1tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Add to butter mixture and mix well.
Bake 350°for 1hour or a toothpick comes out clean.
