In this video I break down the revenue generated over 3 popups and 1 catering for the week. I also give you some knowledge and tips from what I’ve learn red and ways I have e to generate money from food leftover from events and marketing
1.) Always be networking. I’m constantly speaking to people and wearing my swag at places which is an easy conversation starter.
2.) Ways to use your leftovers with scratch made food that people will love. I used a 2lb hunk of brisket to make a queso from scratch and SOLDOUT of them first on my Sunday event. Video coming soon
3.) If you don’t have one, start a Foodie page for your neighborhood. We have one and it’s literally how I started selling my bbq by the pound. I didn’t even sell sides at the time
4.) send out mass emails to corporations looking for food vendors to feed their employees on appreciation days. Especially when they’re paying for it all.

2.5lbs Oaxaca cheese 1lb cheddar 1lb pepper jack 1 block of cream cheese 1 whole Mexican Crema container 1/2 cup half and half 2 cans of Rotel Add your favorite bbq rub prolly 3 tblsn or to taste And I added 1.5lbs of chopped brisket You can smoke it or just use a crock pot Try it and let me know!
