Hi hi, just a tip. To really get into the breath work try letting the breath go down to your belly. I notice your chest and shoulders moving a lit and to reduce any restriction, really let your belly expand with air. So going from chest breathing to belly breathing :) Best of luck with your practice and meditation journey! If you need any other tips, feel free to reach out. I am getting expertise in this whilst in grad school.
I'm on this journey right now actually. Getting my copper IUD out because I've been feeling the effects of copper toxicity. I told my boyfriend that I want to regulate my body and don't want to take birth control anymore . He was very supportive . Im really excited for this journey and taking back control
I just did the same. If it interests u check out natural family planning. Basically u don't have sex on days ur ovulating unless u wanna get pregnant. I didn't know about it until very recently and thought I'd share because idk why it's not looked at as an option for birth control 🤔 anyway good luck.
@@birderhiking1323 thank you for this . Dude ...update . The doctor put the IUD in wrong two years ago and I've been suffering with so much pain . She put it in my cervix and not my uterus ....... And now I have to get dilated to get it out
I literally have that same art print on my fridge of that woman with the alligator and the leaves covering her!! I can’t believe I even noticed that lol
Love your videos:) I also have pcos and came off the pill to try and get my period back naturally. With lifestyle and diet I’ve been able to get my period back every month for the past 6 months. I don’t want to go back on the pill but I also don’t want to get pregnant. What method of birth control do you use to avoid getting pregnant? My boyfriend and I are careful but I’m super paranoid
Sorry if this is too personal, but I was wondering if you had your period regularly while on the pill? I've been on the pill sinds I was 15, now 25 and just stopped taking it 4 months ago. I havent had my period regularly since I stopped. I dont know if thats normal and the hormones are just still in my system or if it's pcos.
