How long do you have to be on night shift? I got lucky when I started my nursing career I didn't start on nights bc there was a day position, it wasn't until I switched units and had to start on nights. It's definitely rough.
Also I work on a cardiac/stroke progressive unit & we’ve been so short staffed that our ratio right now is 4-5:1. & I’m a brand new baby nurse as well. I love your content & it helps seeing some relatable stuff. ❤️
