Personally I like longer style videos, because I get to see and learn everything from all angles broh. Through your videos I managed to avoid certain mistakes when printing, learned new tricks. Longer style videos for knowledge. Thank you for good quality videos/content. Keep doing the great work my brother, may God bless you more. 🇿🇦❤️ One love.

No giving up, I ran a flooring business for 35 yrs. 1 yr. ago I added the screen printing in for my side hustle. Learned all my lessons from the first business, things happen and you learn to deal and move on. Self employed takes a lot of discipline and motivation, it is goal driven. A lot of People lack the motivation. I can't punch a time clock and never have, always worked for myself. Keep up the great work Baav

Sick prints boss, very good job. One thing I noticed is everyone on RU-vid uses paper for palets. Just my 5 cents. We don't use it and load merch just straight on a pallet. It saves us quite some money, lots of time, and it's better for the environment. After a run we just wash the dirt off with some solvent and it's as good as new. No cons spotted so far, you should try it.
@baavproductions
@baavproductions Год назад
When I first started in my early early days I didn’t use pallet tape because I didn’t know about it. So just like you I would use the regular pallets and spray adhesive on but that just ends up ruining my pallets. Granted, I didn’t wash my pallet right after a run like you but I can see how that would be slightly better. The reason I use the pallet tape is it’s actually a adhesive tape so I don’t ever have to worry about spraying adhesive or adding any sort of waterbased glue and it keeps my pallets clean and I don’t have to keep cleaning them. I do see the pros in what you do and as long as it works for you then keep doing it🙌🏽 thank you for your 2 cents boss!

Hey Baav! I'm a student and a fan. I saw one of my other "professors" saying they corrected the roll issue by using a large diameter core to the roll. That reduces drastically the variation from one revolution to the next. Your cutting and laying flat is superior. You'll always be bang on. But the large core diameter rolls will reduce the issue and still let you take advantage of the automation.

I think i'm coating my screens too fast. Thank you. All in all, another banger video. grateful for all your transparency.

So happy to hear that🙌🏽 there’s always hiccups that occur and I do my best to keep it real and show that it’s not always a smooth process. For the screen costing I do want to remind you that the video is in slow motion when I coat the screens so I don’t actually coat them that slow but it should just be a smooth coat! Grateful for your support and time and showing love!🙏🏽
