Funny how Ebony likes to grab stuff out of Sterling's mouth thinking it seems much more appealing than the entire plate of other stuff. She must think that whatever he is eating must be the best! Sterling just seems to shrug and go... meh... whenever she does that.
My rabbits have the exact same hay and pellets in each others pens but they always have to insist on eating each others hay and pellets if I let them out while they have been fed.
🤣🤣 my rabbits do this too! Usually my girl Yuki will take whatever her husbun Haku is eating right out of his mouth and eat it. He just looks at her like she's crazy then picks something else to eat. So silly! 💜🐇🐰

@@101rabbits did you know the snake was a garter snake and if it bit you. You wouldn't feel it I have 2 and when they bite I couldnt even tell plus there bites dont draw blood.

Kaleid Stone My bunny had snuffles and no way would he take it from a syringe, so I had to put a couple drops at a time on a banana and he would lick and bite it off, and I continued having him lick and bite off another piece of banana with more drops of the medicine. I would keep putting drops on the banana until I got him to take the recommended dosage. I had to administer this twice daily for seven days. Thankfully, he got better😊

Hahahaha they are so funny! I loved how she hopped with the food in her mouth. My bunny runs and hides when I have a treat for her, just in case I take it back.
Some years ago it used to be thought that kale, and other veggies like it, could cause gas in rabbits. However a few years back the found that to be untrue so it is safe to feed daily. :) the only time it would have to be in small amounts is if a bunny didn’t do well with it. But that can happen with other veggies too. Not just kale.

Good set up but some care needs some improvement, you are giving kale way too often and too much. Its high in calcium and too much calcium can give bladder issues. Also bunnies need access to hay AT ALL Times, not as a treat! Its high in fibre and keeps their gut moving and prevents GI Stasis.
Recent studies have actually shown that it is completely safe to feed kale daily. My rabbits do not eat pelleted food which is way higher in calcium so they need veggies that have some calcium in them to get all their nutrition. As for hay, do not worry, they have a constant supply of orchard grass 24/7. Hay is 90% of their daily diet and they always have tons of supply. I also feed special “treat hay” as I call it just for fun. So I’ll buy oat hay, Timothy, etc. and feed it in addition to their unlimited orchard grass. I hope this cleared some things up
if your thinking of getting one they are VERY expensive animals especially in their early and late years in their life. BUT... they are VERY rewarding and affectionate creatures :)

i was s[ending a whole lot more until i found a farm and started to get my grass hays from there. That saved me at least $100 a month. and now I get 50lbs of whateer grass hay for less than $11 and it last avg 3 months. So the biggest cost if there are no medical needs (other than normal check ups of course) is veggies. She said in one video she spends about $500 a month for all her pets combined. That's probably gone up with the medical needs but its a good base to start with. I definitely recommend getting your grass hays from a farm. Even if you have to go over an hour away b/c its a lot more and last longer.
Definitely on the pricier side for a pet. Depends also on if you can grow your own lettuce and veggies during the summer. I'm in Canada so I take full advantage of growing my own in the summer since winter is so long here and my bunnies fresh food can be on the high end for cost in the winter.

My rabbit loves the cordless hand vac and follows it around. He also enjoys the upright vac. My daughter's bunny is the same. My rabbit also enjoys shopping bags and trash bags. Simply because his food is in plastic when we first get it.

We got bunnies today! I am thinking of naming mine Crimson male(Black Otter Netherland Dwarf), A Black and white Lion-head Female, naming it Oreo! The a female Grey Netherland named Scarlet right now, then a White and brownish lion head male named Cream Puff LOL I let me and my bunny watch you :) They are going to be in the breeding project in 4-H! Love your informational vids on bunnies, but my biggest ICK! I have to say of this vid is the spiders! Not sure what climate you live at. Are you not afraid of black widows or brown recluse.... it looked like one was sitting on a web as you were climbing down!!!! You’re surely more brave than I ever could be on that.

What a great channel! Years ago I had bunny pets. At one point I had seven. A dwarf found his way with my large Holland lop. It was quite a shock. She gave birth to six baby bunnies. Three lived. And at that point there were seven. I love the way you have created their own room. They can be quite messy. I did have one bunny, that I adopted, who quickly got with the program of using the litter box. Each one of them brought me great joy. I wish I could do something like this someday. Why not leave the hay they use like litter instead of making them eat it. They are trying to do some home decorating, lol. They want the hay where they put it. It’s just a suggestion. I really have no idea what is going on there. At the time, I had them, I had a wonderful girl who would clean my apt twice a week. She helped me a lot with the bunnies.
Why are people disliking your videos? Like if they don’t like your content then why are they watching? Your content is amazing and I was actually educated a ton about rabbits by your videos. I’ve gotten a rabbit about three weeks ago and having a rabbit community on RU-vid is even better.
I have 2 buns 😊 names are muffin and matcha muffin is 4 years old and matcha is 1 year old. There free roaming and matcha is a Netherland dwarf and muffin is a mini lop. (I like the small breeds) I’m 11 and yea :) when there together I call them m&m ;)
As a fellow bunny mummy I really enjoyed your video. You are clearly very caring and 100% committed to your rabbits. They are adorable. I just have a question, I read that I should not give them lettuce, and only dark green veg, that lettuce caused them to become very tired, so just interested to see you feed them romaine lettuce. It is so lovely to see how well you care for them, and their cage areas are impressive to say the least! Congratulations on catching the frogs to, very brave lady! Take care and good luck!
Check with your vet, kale should be fed sparingly. Too much kale isn't good although they do like it. Other than that, your buns are eating very well. Feed hay generously.

Hey , I have a advice for you. Don't give to your bunny to much fresh salat, because he can have digestive issue. Is very dangerous when bunnies have this problems, because they can die from pain . Fresh salate or veggies you can give him, but in small amount like one or two live leafs , or 40 % of carrot ones in a day .
