In this video I talk about the the CNA written test / skilled test to be certified as a CNA. I show what an overview of our classroom, also showing some of the skills we are learning.
Graduated from a CNA program a month and a half ago. There's money out there for this short-term training like never before, especially traveling CNA which is my ultimate goal.
Currently driving making 20 a hour. I wanted to try something in the health Field because it’s always been on my mind just never just throws myself in it. I wanted something quick to get out of my current job but, I hear stories people say it’s 15 a hour that will hurt me lol. I really hope I am making the right decision before I jump into something.
@@jeangrey2788 I think if it's something you've wanted to try, you should go for it. The pay may be lower but if you end up not liking it, you can always quit and go to another job. But what if it all works out and you end up studying for something else that's higher than a CNA. Also some schools offer the course during the day time or online or at night.
Finally, a bit of classroom activities shown!! Dang in these other vlogs they just run their mouth, drive, and eat. The guy cracked me up, the teacher was cool, and the gal in the background reminded me of Everest because I was in her convo too 🙂. Subbed and will watch the next one.
Thank you for the support, and yes they were the best to have as classmates!!! Everyone made the time go by supper fast that it wouldn’t feel like a 4hr class.
Thanks so much for sharing your journey. I really enjoyed your videos. I’m start my CNA class in July. Please continue to Vlog your CNA career. 👩🏾⚕️🧑⚕️🏥
im thankful you enjoyed my videos ☺and yes I do want to continue to record about my career in the hospital. I have 3 more videos to upload over my CNA class, so stay tuned. I hope you enjoy your CNA class!!!
I really enjoyed this vlog, like so much! Also loved the color of your scrubs. I took a CNA years ago fresh out of highschool and although I didn’t get certified, some of those skills still stuck with me.
You are hilarious. Keep up the good work my love. I enjoyed a few of your videos. U start my CNA program 2/5/24. Congratulations on your success. Blesings
I was blessed as well I start my classes on Monday, I was scheduled for the Feb classes but someone dropped from the Jan classes. Which is perfect because the Jan classes works great for my schedule. So I was truly blessed
Congratulations! Sometimes God works in mysterious ways when he opens up doors that will bless us. I'm glad you will be starting your classes. Hope everything works out!
Thankyou for this video very detailed and straight to the point I subscribed to your channel keep the videos coming I'm taking classes as well that instructor seems like a great instructor!!! ♥️
I have a cousin who never studied much, we studied together but she gives most of her time to her phone than her studies after writing the cna exam last month she passed and i failed😢, i asked her how she did it, just found out she got help from Mr Richard 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢
Good luck in your class :)I got my license earlier this year, had to take it twice, but I was able to get contracts pay Abt $40 and up an hour and per diem $30. Agency is where the money is at. It'll really help if ut want to go to nursing school and still want to work
@@halimahabibusa6642 Hey Halima, i'm actually done with my class but i've been editing and uploading the video. I still have about 4 more videos or so, but i am done with the class.
girl i love your scrubs they’re so cute! im currently in my 3rd week of cna class & im scared for the state exam it stresses me out lol but best of luck babe! 🤎
I start my classes soon. Its part of a job training program. The hospital pay for your classes, then, hire you when you graduate. Im pretty nervous but im very excited
@@olgalcastillo5805 aww... Thank you. And I hope everything has gone well with you after you initially finished your CNA classes. If you don't mind me asking, what did you feel was one of the hardest things to learn during your program? Thank you and have a nice day 😀
It was an awesome experience for me, but as I said in some of my videos, I'm in college to become a healthcare administrator. I had done the CNA classes as a way for me to have my license in case I was to get a job in the field while studying. @@VibrationCrystals
I was lucky that my community collage offered the CNA classes. The total cost for my class was about $1,430 with that being said, many other schools offer different prices. Im not sure what state you are located, try to look up CNA schools around your area or also check your local community collages to see if they offer it.
Hello! I don’t mean to be so forward with type of question but I’m currently exploring CNA programs and was wondering what your cost of tuition was? I’m trying to get a rough idea more or less.
Hey, from what I remember the total tuition was about $1,500, not including some materials I needed. With the uniform and materials, it was like another $200. The total was not more than $2k
I can say that the program itself isn't hard, but a CNA job depending on where you work can be stressful. I say if you really want to do it than take the course :)
If I do STNA or CNA will that help me become a labor and delivery nurse or do I have to do something help to become a L&D nurse ?? I’m graduating this yea r
Very interesting video, mind if I download this so I can share it with all my fans? I understand if you don’t want to… also can I buy that water cup from you? The pink one… it looks cool to drink out of
Don’t let people scare you into not doing something. Believe in yourself and find people who believe in you! If you genuinely 100% want to do CNA, then do it! You can always use the CNA experience to advance your career.
Hey girl, honestly I was scared as well but trust me when I say you can do it. It’s not a hard class and honestly there isn’t a big amount of materials to learn compared to a nurse or a doctor. Don’t listen to others when they don’t know your limits.
Don't worry too much about hand washing, my sister is a nurse and she said that they usually carry a small lotion or vaseline with them. They put it on when they feel like they there hands are dry. Good luck :)
what state is that??? that's odd that they wouldn't let you do blood pressure bc that is a skill that a CNA is expected to do and a really important one since CNAs do vitals on patients in hospitals and residents in nursing homes
THANK U FOR THIS, I START MINE IN 2 WEEKS, ALREADY GOT HIRED AT THE HOSPITAL THEY WANT ME TO GET MY CNA BUT ACTUALLY I WANT IT CAUSE IT OPENS SO MANY DOORS, I GET TO WORK IN CARDIAC CENTER, I CANT WAIT
