Thank you for this! I’m turning 50 this yr, I have a 27 yr old son w/special needs and I’ve basically given my life to him. I decided the year I turned 50 to do something for myself so I applied to a CNA program and start next month. I can’t wait! But I’m nervous. I appreciate your videos and your lipstick in the beginning part is so beautiful. You’re gorgeous!
Ditto, ditto, autism momma here also decided to go to CNA school at 42, look at us 🎉🎉🎉 Thise babies will give you a second wind, literally make you feel like you can do anything.
First day alone today!! I’m nervous but excited. Had someone following me yesterday but did most myself, even all the books for the first time. Been putting my all into this for months now!! Glad to see it paying off and being worth it like I knew it would be, now I’m just trying to be the best I can be!
Thanks for this! I graduated from my CNA program last year but I am about to start working for the first time this summer because I’m a full time student. But I’m extremely nervous.
@@auhneja2164Which school do you attend currently? And do you advice a foriegn trained student to attend LPN in a community college in USA when admitted ? That way he can be able to take lincese exam for CNA, pass and work in USA while still studying to become a nurse
I asked because there seems to be no legal pathway for foriegn trained CNA to work in USA as obtainable Nursing. Have few months till completion of my study but have plans to become a nurse in the future. By the way, I am in one European country with language barrier
@@Treeoakto hell with that! If management isn’t around I’m gonna do what I gotta do to do care efficiently without leaving someone in their bed in the middle of care. Even having a spare pair is useful, the washing of the hands is gonna happen after care anyways. Like cleaning up a BM, you’re almost done cleaning them and you get some on your glove. You’re gonna wanna take that off and glove back up again!! Might as well wear two pairs so you’re not scrambling for another pair mid care
@@Treeoakit's actually against policy for the health profession. If state come in and see that, it's a write up. I prefer to do it, just don't get caught! 😂
Hey guys, the solution to all your CNA, NCLEX, be it LPN or RN is here. If you are preparing for any of these exams, I advise you to contact Dr. Luther and pass your test without stress
❤ It's changing -- altho slowly. That's why I always spoil the CNAs on my unit. Small fruit baskets, flowers, movie tickets, or sports paraphernalia for the male CNAs.... a variety of things I like to do for them. These sort of things don't take a big chunk out of our budget and they are so worth it! ❤😊
The truth is most FNP’s, A-GNP’s, ENP’s and NP’s you see today passed with Dylan’s help, my sister passed thanks Dylan and I’ll be sitting for my exam in two weeks, I’m studying what Dylan provided already, I trust him and I know with him I’ll pass
I paid him and he requested for my certification ID which I sent to her, after 4 days she sent me my Q&A I was shocked to see same questions appear before me on my exam day
Just discovered your RU-vid channel and I must say I’m definitely about to subscribe ❤ I am about to go to school to become an CNA. Your channel will definitely help a lot ❤
Thank God I found you. I’m just starting this field for healthcare worker. I’m hoping someone will be there to be able to reach out if I have questions. Thank you 😊
Be prepared however for the other CNA to hog the cart and trash can. I can't believe how selfish these people can be. I have to walk all the way to THEIR rooms for a sheet because they take the cart with them. Totally entitled jerks. So many of them. I don't know about glycolic acid four times a shift. I do like to use it but not that much. Holy cow! But if it works for you that's great! It saved me from breakouts as well.

I want to be the equivalent of a CNA in my country when I'm finished with this school year, but there's so many people who say that it's a bad degree and that aspiring CNAs should give up. And my parents also think it's not a good idea. How do I deal with people like that? I'm really passionate about helping people, so I do wanna be a CNA. It's just others being negative.
Firstly, always remember to do what makes you feel your best. Also, I see CNA as a steppingstone to whatever else you want to do in the healthcare field. So there’s always room for growth and elevation. However, ultimately you always have to do what makes you feel your best and do not allow someone else to decide that for you.

Wish I did. But my program uses scenarios and mock charting sheets to give the students opportunities to practice counting and recording fluids, documenting VS, and things like that. As much as we can to allow them to practice the skill and mimic electronic documentation. You're in the age of technology, if you can work on a computer and know how to achieve basic computer tasks, you'll quickly learn how to chart don't worry 😊❤
@@rhythmd9691 That’s so cool wish mine did haha. I’ve been at my first CNA job for about 2 weeks now though and luckily charting is pretty simple there

@@rhythmd9691 at this moment, i dont have confident to do the job anymore. it is such hard job . iam dissappointed about myself. but anyway, no point pushing hard. i hope god arrange for me more suitable job.
I don't see how. The way we do it now is the same way I've always done it since I started my nursing career in 1997. Would love to hear more of your thoughts on it❤
Beautiful lady, thanks for the tips i so much love the fact that you still spare out time for your skin care, Please do you have tips about skincare routines i break out easily this days
I've taught students of different health care roles MAs, CNAs, RNs and RN to BSN, and I believe you should be able to make the transition without any problems. They're two distinctly different roles with different types of tasks and responsibilities, but you already have a great foundation, so you should do fine ❤
