Welcome to a day in my life as a custodian. Take a peek at some of the tasks I perform on the daily during the summertime. With no kids and all the time in the world, every room in every school needs to be deep cleaned top to bottom.
Can you make a video of an entire trash run emptying big and small bags. Putting small bags into a big bag. Throw them in the dumpster and replace all the bags. It would make my day to see you take out all the bags
Sure can! There won’t be as much trash to take out, as it’s summer time and there are no teachers around, but there should be enough for me to empty out and make a vid. I’ll do that this week 👍🏻
I only got help during the school year, but we were short staffed so the summers I was mostly on my own. I'd go in about an hour before the head custodian would leave and spend the rest of my shift alone.
