I just started school for graphic design. I switched my major from computer programmer to design. Only because I’m not a math person and I would hate to take all those math classes. I’m only looking to get my associates so I’m so scared to fail and not find a job in design. I’m not an artist by Ive always loved editing and creating.

Brianna Vazquez I feel the same way like im not the best designer like all the other students and im very scared to find jobs and i was hoping to find a stay at home job only cause i get anxiety talking face to face and doing presentations

look into a freelance site (up work, fiver, etc.) make portfolio pieces on your own time to get hired easier. hope that helps!

Do you need a degree? Also how does it work part time?

from what I have seen a degree is not needed. clients look mainly at past work/portfolio. so just educated yourself a lot and keep building up your experience. and you can do part time just by only accepting like 2 projects a month?
