Hi Amber!! I just wanted to say that you have helped me SO much in the past few weeks. You have helped me flip my mindset around when it comes to running, food, and life in general. Thank you for being so positive and uplifting, you are truly life changing 💕💕
@@maliap4370 I recommend interval running. Basically you run for a bit, walk and then run again. Try that for a bit and keep pushing yourself (not to much tho) and hopefully you will be able to run a mile. This is the method I used, and it worked for me, but remember everyone is different!
you inspire so many amber! my mental health has improved so much just from watching your videos and seeing you on Instagram. you motivate me to get up everyday and go run!! keep doing what you're doing!
Ahh why are my post notifications not working! I’m so happy that I check my videos so I can watch your amazing Chanel! Thanks for being a great inspiration! Love your yt so much! Have a great day ♥️
Your pottery is so cool! Will you show us when you’re done? I was so happy you put toppings on all 3 pieces of toast, the plain one always nags at my extreme desire for symmetry 😉🤣
Idk if your still running or working out. But if you want to have better strength output while running or just general. Life. Don't use the machines and especially don't use the Smith machine. Use the free weights. The standing barbell press is excellent for your core. It gave me great abs with out spamming crunches and all that other nonsense
I think it’s easier to run without a treadmill, it will feel better because you can go a more natural pace. So it does not feel like your trying to keep up with the tread mill. But it’s just preferences
