Trust me you will find your way their is so many different things you can do such as mental health, school social work, working in hospitals, and jails the list goes on honestly lol.

Girl I can imagine im glad you was able to get through it ❤️ and as far as minutes I have to meet a certain amount of hours per week per client depending on how many hours they get approved for . Hopefully that answered your question.

@@chakhariowens9964 omg I only have 5 but each client is a different amount of hours so one of my cases may be 10 hours a week and another may be 12 I can’t imagine having that big of a case load 😭

Okay thank you so much for the feedback I’m still in the works of getting that video filmed! Also a toolbox is just kind of like the resources you use with your clients as interventions such as paper, coloring books, handouts you can give them pertaining to their diagnoses and much more.

Sorry I didn’t think about the time stamp thing I will try and start incorporating that moving forward but unfortunately my company does not pay for notes outside of the job some companies do though.To me it is one of the huge downsides of this job because it’s hard to do your notes while you are in the field especially when you are driving and having sessions all day with clients. So I don’t think there is a way to avoid doing them until you get home unless you jot down stuff while you are in your sessions on a notepad or your phone but even then you still gotta type it up on your computer. I try to do that sometimes to help with shortening the time or I will say the notes out loud on my phone and it will write it down for me. I’m hoping this helped with clarifying some things for you!

Hey, thank you so much for watching! I apologize that I’m just now responding but they are similar but not exactly the same as a therapist you are kind of going into depth and helping a client process past and current issues or tramu. As a social worker you are there to help access what is currently going wrong and assisting that client to other resources that can further help them. The whole point is for the client to be able to do things on their own without you being there. I know I don’t do any group assessments but I do have some co workers that do that it may have something to do with the fact I don’t have my masters yet cause technically they say we can’t do assessments unless we are getting our masters or have obtained a masters degree. I hope I answered your question I will try and do a Q & A of some of the frequent questions I get asked so be on the lookout if you are subscribed!
