Good to see the former staff members, Opal and Seunghee. Assuming that they went off to study hard, this is a reminder to all students that it’s ok to set boundaries and make temporary sacrifices as I am doing right now. I want to say thank you for taking the time to make your patients comfortable, you genuinely care about them holistically and it shows. The first time I went to the dentist I was so scared and not cooperative. I remember the hygienist grabbing me and pulling me away from my mom. The dentist coming in and all h*ll broke lose as 2 hygienist laid across me. So thank you for trying your best not to traumatize kids.

I have a Question, can children who are 12 or 13 years old still be afraid of the dentist and if so how do you deal with them? I would love to see a video of how you deal with older children.
