Hi Kayla, I'm sure you have answered this many times but what courses do you recommend to take to prepare for a forensic psychology program? I'm starting my first 2, and possibly 4 years, at a community college that doesn't specifically offer forensic psychology classes. What psychology classes are best, maybe criminology too? Thank you!!

I took a lot of different psychology classes (like adolescent development, geriatric psychology), some law classes, & criminology.

Hi Kayla! I am hoping you can answer my question since I have been scouring the internet for days and haven’t found just a simple answer. Maybe you can even make a video about this if you haven’t already. Which if you have I’ll watch it. How do I get started in becoming a Forensic Psychologist? Which classes do I begin with? I just need a starting point. I have considered “Criminal Justice” as a program of study to just have a starting point. But I obviously don’t want to go down a path that wastes my time either. Most programs require so many credit hours of psychology courses. Outside of that there really isn’t specific courses you should take
