As someone who is in the midst of doing their admin degree, some of the things he is doing in the video are a bit micromangerial. The grounds work for one. A principal of a school that is this large and what appears to be well off does not have a building and grounds crew that can prep the field for a game and take the flag down after? That seems like it doesn't fall under the normal purview of a principal. Standing out in the middle of the field to prevent the teams from fighting during the post-game handshakes is a bit paranoid, yet a good preventative step. However where is the head coach? They usually come last in line for that very reason. Also, where is his A.D.? They are always at the game. This is a classic case of not using all available personnel to his fullest. Hopefully done this way for effect.
THROUGHOUT MY SCHOOL YEARS I'VE HAD A PLEASANT CONTACT WITH THE PRINCIPAL FROM TIME TO TIME ONE TIME I TOLD THE PRINCIPAL I ACCIDENTALLY BROKE PRINCIPAL PADDLES ARM I DIDN'T MEAN TO DO THAT I TOLD THE PRINCIPAL WE WERE PLAYING A GAME MY DEPTH PERCEPTION WAY OFF. I TOLD THE PRINCIPAL THE TRUTH I DIDN'T GET INTO ANY TROUBLE.
The video is okay, whoever was controlling the camera needed to do a better job, also the audio was lacking good quality, and the editing could have been done a lot better.
