You are an inspiration my dear! I also went through TSRE at the same time that you did. I failed my test due to poor study habits. Then I got nervous. Now I just rescheduled it a whole year later🤦🏾‍♀️I am a nurse looking to do real estate full time, and Nursing maybe 1 day per week. I'm super excited to get started for real this time! Most agents my age sound so burned out a negative, so I definitely love your dedication and enthusiasm 💕

Hi, i've been thinking for like 2 months now in studying the real estate course, but i'm worry that is going to be hard for me because i'm marry, have 2 kids and a dog. So i just put real estate agent in you tube and you were the first and only one that i click on and i saw all your videos. I want to thank you for all the videos and all the advices. I wish you the best, you are super sweet. You accomplished so much in so little time. Keep moving forward!!

I love your videos!! You should make an in-depth video about the different types of brokerages; so new real estate agents have a better stance in what they want, when they’re interviewing different brokerages.

Hey Diamon! I think being in luxury real estate so young should be normal. In my opinion, is not about the age, is about how hard you work and the quality of the services you provide. Tiffany saw a potential in me that my old brokerage didn't and that I also didn't even realise until I met her. So I guess to answer to question, both! 😊

Hey good morning! From Maine here! I passed real estate school back in March and still have not taken the exam! I’m so nervous 😬 when you said don’t waste any time and this was the 1st step I am on my way to study hard now. You mentioned interviewing brokerages, but how? What do you ask/say? Thank you. i still don't really have a clear understanding of what the difference is between joining the align company that is associated with a few brokerages in a few states and joining a real estate team that is a part of a brokerage. i would love to see a video with more detail on align if you'd be interested in doing one

@@daisyfonseca347 I studied everything basically . And I made my own flash cards as well from the questions in each chapter .. and I used a lot of RU-vid if I didn’t understand something I would RU-vid it . Prep agent here on RU-vid is great as well !

tiffany has so much energy for her age. i gotta kno if that woman has kids bc if so idk how she keeps her energy up and stays so peppy. her voice reminds me of a valley girl and a cheerleader who could be ready to go cheer at a football game at any moment. and you have a soft voice and seem very laid back and probably not always on-the-go like her so it's a funny combo

One of the good things about being a realtor is the flexible schedule. You can make your own schedule around your priorities. In my case, I see my family every day. Not sure if this helps 😅

Hey, that's great! Hmm, have you thought about being a professional stager or an investor? 🤔 Some pointers: you could start with your real estate license. That can help you gain experience in both fields (interior design, staging, renovating, investing). Or you could pick something else to start with but the point is to just START. If you're not sure which one you TRULY want to do. I would suggest doing research (RU-vid) and reaching out to local professionals in those fields you mentioned. You can try and interview them to share more about what their work-life entails. Most of the time they are very nice and flattered that you ask. I hope this helps 💖
