as a new barista who's now settling into the store and finally getting a hold of drinks, its so relaxing to watch and sorta subconsciously quiz myself to see if i can remember how to make the drinks you show lol. i love these sort of vlogs!
idk if your store will let you do it but at mine we scoop the matcha into the milk steaming pitcher so it gets like mixed in while the milks frothing so you just pour it and go! I feel like it’s way easier than adding it to cup and it mixes the matcha in better

Why doesn't Starbucks have music playing in their store? Grocery stores and department stores have music playing so the customers and the employees aren't bored out of their minds. Starbucks should at least have some coffee shop type music like some soft jazz or something.
