Lexi is absolutely so genuine! What you see is what you get. I am so incredibly grateful to have met her a few times in person! And when she ran up to me at the Galentine’s event and yelled my name, it was so special to me! I am so thankful for her and her team, they changed my life.

Great job!!! I do have a question I am 52 years old. I’ve been doing morning fast for a while now. Just kind of curious how you feel about the protein coffee in the morning cause I would like to try to add more protein in the morning and maybe lay low on the fasting for a while to keep the lean muscle intact.

Hey Matthew! I’d certainly want to take a look and see what your overall food log looks like, but if you’re struggling to hit your protein goal and losing muscle, throwing in a scoop of level-1 into your coffee in the morning is a great way to get an easy 24 grams to start your day 🙌🏼

@@lexijwellness well, it’s my first morning with a protein coffee. I also added a scoop of mud water which a mushroom supplement and just about a tablespoon of ghee in my coffee with the protein. 💪👊

I thought I would reach out. I’ve been doing the protein coffees in the morning how come some proteins? Do not mix well and they get clumpy.? Thanks.

There’s a few different factors that can go into this! 1, quality of the protein itself, 2 how you’re mixing it in the coffee, 3, the coffee being too hot! #1&3 is normally the biggest culprits. If it’s too hot it’ll denature the protein and it’ll curdle. A high quality protein will always mix better!
