Welcome back to another unscripted, unplanned video of a day in my life as a real estate agent. I appreciate so much all of the positive feedback I got in my last video where I spoke a lot about not wanting to upload because I feared my videos weren't perfect or up to my own standards. You all helped me see passed that and just upload so thank you for your support. In this video I talk a lot about some of my advice to new real estate agents. Share some of my insights on how to get more business as a real estate agent, and also show you the new productive set up I have going on at my home office. I'm completely remodeling my office and plan to do a new office tour once it's all done. Hope you enjoy the video!

20-21 years old is when I started in real estate investing. Got my license almost 2 years ago now! I'm now 25.

Hello! I recently found your channel, not many people are doing day in the lives for real estate. Definely a great way to build a community! I am 18 and currently taking classes to get my license soon. I am nervous about once I get my license, what my first steps should be. My idea right now is to find a mentor of some sort or become an assistant to learn the ropes. Do you have any thoughts or advice you could give me? Thanks!

I appreciate the feedback Landon! Just trying to create some content for the newer entrepreneurs and share my journey. Don't be afraid to take a chance on yourself and really get after it. Find that confidence early on in your career that tells you you're capable of doing big things because ultimately that's where your success is going to come from. Just by having confidence in yourself you'll attract more business and close more deals.

Really love your videos! Just got licensed at the end of May and closed on my first 3 closings at the end of August and Early September!! My first closing I drove way out to find my buyer her dream home so yes def how the extra mile!!! Thank you
