My last lesson is in the same day i turn 18..two weeks later i do the exam and then the certificate...and i'll go right to work..already passed the interview hh.. So i'll be one of the youngest in my country i supose
For all those who are taking their exam, just be prepared with the excessive fees you’ll need to pay to brokers and your respective state commission. I’ve had my license for four months and haven’t been able to work as an agent. Also know that per the NAR the average agent with two years of experience or less sells between 2-6 houses per year. That’s a where from 8k-45k. A lot of things are dependent on external factors like the economy, and people’s willingness to buy homes. That being said there’s hundreds and thousands of agents, so be prepared to explain why you’re better than the rest. You all could be really good at this, I hope everyone is successful, just know the hardships of the business.
Going to try to get my pre license and I have no clue on what I’m going to do as all this is still confusing to me. Any tips would greatly help I just know I want to definitely get into real estate but don’t know where to start.
Help me please, I I don’t know when I’m gonna be when I get older, but I want to be a Beverly Hills real estate agent! Help me because honestly I am only in 8th grade but I have been stressing!? Where do you sell?
I started out in real estate as an investor flipping houses. My first house I made around $70k in 6 months time and I made my own schedule in that time as well. I didn't really choose over insurance because I never even considered it. I knew real estate was the business I wanted to build.
Hey great video , have a couple questions , I’m thinking about choosing real estate as my career , do you think it’s a good choice ? Second did you go to college or just get straight into real estate
Thank you for the feedback. I was trying to provide some insight through the conversation on the phone. Check out my most recent videos, I've actually tried to be better about getting more straight to the point. This is one of my earlier videos and still trying to learn!
How did you end up finding the mentor? Is it someone you know personally that likes to guide you, or do you pay her? I’d never not welcome advice from someone longer in the game than I am
I had this problem where selling my home was contingent on finding an another home , the realtor blew it and sold our home with nothing in return . He was fired . Thanks kelller Williams 😡😡😡
Hi Caden - thanks for your inspiring videos. How many cold calls do you make in a day? And in your experience, when is the best time in the day to make cold calls? Tx Cynthia from South Africa
Why are u writing what the house needs when technically and legally u need an inspection to bargain the price ..you ain't a expert on what the house needs?
I'm kinda confused on the comment so I'll just say technically and legally by the state of Oregon I'm a Real Estate Professional which would mean I'm more knowledgable on Real Estate than others. Legally you can bargain and offer whatever you'd like on any property. You don't go through inspections until after you have an offer accepted so your logic on not bargaining before going through inspections just doesn't make sense. I've also been flipping houses for 3 years and can calculate rehab and remodel costs within the first 30 mins of walking through a home. Just for a general response hope this helps?
@@CadenLeno what I'm saying is that you bargain the price , before closing and before an inspection..let's say u give a price and later an inspector shows up and says it's more than what u said ..now the seller has to lower the price more .. if you are a listing agent ..great news if you a buyers agent .
@@spitfire2885 We closed this property for $45,000 over asking because we made the necessary repairs any buyer would've called out. This is why I'm good at what I do. Also the inspector doesn't tell you how much certain things are going to cost to fix they just evaluate the property and tell you if anything is deficient.
Hey Caden, In your opinion What is the BEST DEGREES you can major in, to become a real estate agent (and then broker and maybe managing broker) ? I’m thinking of getting into marketing or business administration (not sure). I don’t know which one to choose, please help 🙏🏻
