Can you clear up some suggestions that I have received about getting pregnant? I have been told to not urinate after have intercourse. To lay down for at least 15 minutes after intercourse.

I was wondering, do fertility doctors work 12hrs shifts/ night shifts like other. Or it's it a 9 - 5 type thing. I'm one year away from graduating medicine and I'm very curious 👋🏼

Can you do a video about genetics? I know I don’t have a problem getting pregnant but I have a son with autism and its due to me having a genetic disorder that I passed on to him. What treatment would you recommend when trying to conceive a baby but don’t want to transfer my genetic disorder again?
