We use to lived in Japan and missed it so much, I wished to go ack there, I loved the food, culture, very clean and people are so honest and polite

I can't believe I am watching a 2.5 hour video without getting tired. I enjoy it so much. Learning about Japanese dishes and the backstage of working as a chef 😮 It must be exhausting but it takes skill. I will always respect chefs and everybody helping them, working in synch.

She straight up beast mode in that kitchen! So clean, quick and best of all, it's from the heart! That's omotenashii.

I lived in Okinawa for almost 7 years. I got to traveled all over Japan and tasted their delicious food. I miss even their convenience store food (a fast food type of food). Japanese food is truly a world treasure. Please travel to Japan. It’s one of the most amazing, cleanest, and and kindest country in the world.

昔はうちの近所にも、こういった丁寧な仕事する店があって、そこから良い出汁の香りが漂ってた。 でもスーパーなどに押されて、いつの間にやら消えてしまった。惜しい店だった。 こういう店は、やってるうちにしっかりと行っておかないと後々、後悔するよ。
