Looking good JBJ, looking really youthful. Hit those weights ( i.e.meduim heavy for 10-12 reps) and go overboard with your cardio a lot of heads to bust on your return, "May The Most High grant you infinite wisdom and strength".
Yeah Jones' Boxing sucks but MMA fighters in general have REALLY improved their Boxing in the last few years. More and more you are starting to see fighters technically setting up and landing punches as opposed to the mindless brawling of the past. Jones' style isn't Boxing, he's more of a Muay Thi guy.
Where is the part where he snorts coke and crashes his car into people...I came here to see what roids he uses for his training was hoping to run same cycle..
MMA fighters' boxing skills are horrible. What Jones needs to do now is learn how to box. He needs to learn how to thow punches with his weights on. If you see him throw a punch, his body is always in upright position. With that longs arms, it will be a bit assets of he learn to throw fast stinging jabs, step in and throw rights.
