Hi Ms. Candace, I would like to thank you for responding back to my email, I haven’t had a chance to reply back to the great information you provided me with, but I will this weekend and also have some follow up questions. Thank you for sharing your work life with us. As always, another great video! ♥️

Stagger the uploads a few weeks apart/months if needed. I hope that helps I will subscribe and stick around- You in-I’m in
Exactly well said. Coding and cdi most definitely need to work side by side at all times. Some cdi don’t always know coding guidelines. I feel like as a coder we are always stuck in the middle trying to explain to everyone The Who what when why
Hi Candie! I love your videos! I'm a current RHIT student who's worked within the revenue cycle for about 5 years. I won't be done with my RHIT program until spring 2024. I am considering getting the CPB credential in the meantime with AAPC because of my extensive revenue cycle knowledge and I was able to pass their practice exams. In your experience, have you seen many CPB holders? Is it worth getting? Or would it best to wait and just sit for the RHIT and CPC when I am eligible?
Hi!!! I joyed watching your video, I’m a senior, and I will be graduating in December with my BS in healthcare administration , do you thinking physician management is a good career path? Thanks
Yes I do think physician management is a good career path. In my last organization, I have seen practice managers become operations directors on the physician side of the health system. As it relates to my last organization, Operations Directors oversee all the practices within a certain division so for example there are operations directors over the cardiology service line, the ENT service line, the orthopedics service line, etc. I personally tried to go for those roles but they did not work out.
