Love it and thanks for the ride, it was awesome. I will definitely own one of these. I graduate college in a year and this will be one of my first buys for working so hard for four years. Great music too, I have that same cd
DUDE, I just bought one!!! With an Aero 3s kit on it and I am BESIDE myself!!! Cant F##### wait 'til it gets here in about a week and a half!!! I'm looking to network with others in my area that might have one. Any advice? I'm in Denver CO
I was on my way home from work last week, I was on the highway. I saw a T Rex go flying by while being chased by a Mazda or something. They were going at least 80 and swerving through traffic.
I was just thinking maybe some noise canceling headphones like beats or something so you can hear the music at the same time canceling the outside noise. Just a thought.
@hunt794 actually, 1000cc motors were only avail the first year these machines were produced. second year Trex had 1100's then 1200 and now the current models have 1400cc motors
"I want something thats loud and obnoxious as a motorcycle, yet big enough where I have about as much freedom as driving a Honda Civic, that way I get the worst of both worlds" Then boy do I have the T-Rex/Can-Am for you!
I like how everyone is talking shit about your driving, acting like they're a professional T-Rex track day racer when none of them have a T-Rex. bunch of losers. Anyway cool video man, everyone will be jelous and hate. Badass machine, will own one soon!
Sometimes the reverse clutch wears out prematurely and when switching from 1st to reverse with their proprietary gear box, it has a hard time catching the clutch plate if the notches are worn.
I imagine that having a 1000cc motorcycle engine (they have 100cc engines, have they?) and weighting so low, this vehicles are fast enough accelerating. But my question is if these T-REXs are godd at cornering. How they compare at corners against a typical 4-wheel RWD car like for example a Honda S2000?
Actually, yes it is necc. because the airbox is litterally inches from ur head and the engine is just a few inches behind that. Its not a 100% necessity but it would improve the enjoyabilty by a lot.
@ystyyhymhtn I did mis-shift once. but the rest is what shifting sounds like normally. remember these things are very much like a go cart. no power-anything, no traction control, etc
You still have the rex?maybe we can link up and ride,i also live in atlanta,i own a green 05 rex,i had it for about 2 years but barely ride it,is no fun riding alone, let me know if you want to link up some time and ride.
