Day programs improving lives of seniors and their caregivers 

After suffering a stroke, Jean says she couldn’t do much, but after spending time at The Good Companions, making friends, singing, dancing, reading, and more, she now enjoys pushing herself. At the same time, pressure is taken off her daughter and caregiver Michelle. This is one of many programs at The Good Companions that is powered by United Way East Ontario.
