DAY TRIP TO LAPLAND FINLAND | IS IT WORTH THE MONEY? | KERRY WHELPDALE 

Oh my goodness.. it was honestly the BEST day ever.. we all have the Lapland blues and just want to go back! Xxx

Oh I promise you it was the most amazing experience we have had.. the boys loved every second of it and were so grateful for everything :) xxx

They had lockers there where you can keep all the footwear etc you travel in as they give you all the boots and snowsuits that you need :) xxx

I know!!! It’s was a VERY long day! Totally amazing though and we all want to go again tomorrow! Lol xxx

It was absolutely amazing.. very expensive but I feel like it was totally worth it. On this trip you go to a tiny little area which just has a big cabin for lunch, a gift shop, Santa’s grotto and then the ice house.. there is nothing to buy out there except souvenirs so you can spend as much or as little as you like.. it was such a magical day and so so worth it when you see your kids faces :) xxx

Hi :) yes they supply everything you need but we did wear thermals under all our clothes too.. we also got thermal socks and gloves which I would highly recommend :) xxx

It is sooooo cold there but the boiler suits they give you are brilliant but your toes, fingers and head get very cold so take a warm hat too :) xxx
