Welcome to my channel and welcome to my new journey. In this channel you will see my transformation to a new change in my mind, body, and soul. I have struggled with depression, anxiety, ptsd, and my weight. I was bullied as a child and also became a survivor to rape and sexual abuse for years. I have struggled and fought many battles and continue to this day. Join me as I struggle to get my life back and follow my dreams to continue my education and to become that voice for those children of sexual abuse and let them know that they are not alone. You are not alone and together we will take back that control! Together we will work on loving and reminding ourselves that this guilt and shame we carry isn’t ours! We will work at facing our fears and taking back that control, because WE ARE in control!
