ok so I did a double check on my drone with the beginning chord progression in the bass and it isn't 1 2 3 5 it's 1 2 3 6 which is nice :B

now that i'm thinking about it more deeply, if you DON'T count through the pause, and ignore the timing of the ahem AND ignore the pause between the ahem and instrumentals, the "dance with" WOULD just be a pick-up to the OFFICIAL downbeat on "me" when the drumbeat kicks back in and
