Day6 have one of the best discographys of all time, most of the songs are pretty sad. The eldest member is American and has a RU-vid channel called Jaesixx, pleas sub
Day6 definitely is known for their deep and relatable songs, which is why so many people like their kind of music/style. Haha but for more happier music, you should check out Dance Dance! Dance Dance you can really see their personalities shines cause they fool around in the mv. They're really a bunch of soft dorks Also other happier mv songs you can check out is I'm Serious; as well as I Like You (I Like You isn't as upbeat but it has a very sweet/happy story). There are also other happier/upbeat songs songs that Day6 have but there aren't mvs for it such as Hunt, Sing Me, and Be Lazy, and Better Better (there's an official live performance mv of this song) And for some context for Letting Go, this is an especially deep song for the fandom and Day6 at the time of it's release; because Letting Go was the very first comeback Day6 had as a 5 member group (they were originally a 6 member group). The 6th member Junhyuk left the group a few months before Letting Go got released. Some of us think this song was a farewell to the member and wishing him well off to be happy. You can also notice empty keyboards scattered throughout the mv. Junhyuk was a keyboard player Lolls Letting Go is probably one of their sadder/saddest songs btw but I love it cause the emotions are so real
All of them can sing .. the drummer do not sing usually since he has a really deep voice ... For happier songs you can check dance dance .. the rest all of them are kinda sad cauz we don't know who hurt Brian 😂aka the bassist he wrote all day6's songs
I know u dun like sad songs/videos. This video is a tribute to their ex member who used to play the keyboards - check out the lone keyboard in the group shot. Also u shud check Letting Go live version to really understand Day6 vocal abilities - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sfA9pKw8Slg.html This live version is a hybrid between the original (with the rap) & the reboot version (with a Queen-like bridge). YoungK (the rapper lyricist) said that the rap was too harsh fr the song, & had the bridge version done to soften the meaning more. It's ok if u dun do a reaction on (tho My Days (the fandom) all over the world we'd love u fr it) but do listen to it just to get to know them.
