this is just 1 out of the million reasons why i love day6. them stopping the performance to check if the fan was ok, and then them telling us we should always stay hydrated. they touched my heart and i really appreciate them for doing that. 💛
omg I legit had no idea what was going on !!!!! I thought it was a project for us to sing with the banners and then nobody was really singing along so I was even more cornfused tbh but then a staff member walked by to try to help the girl and I was honestly just blown away by how well the boys handled the situation (+the fact that they made sure to mention to stay hydrated and still have fun but make sure we're feeling okay,, I didn't think I could love them more than I alr diD) and that gibberish girl sounds makes me wanna rinse my ears with bleach omg
Right? I thought they wanted us to continue singing for them and I was like, "you wanna bunch of Texans singing in broken Korean?? Well ok then...." Then I realized someone fainted and I felt bad
Omg I was there when it happened!!! We were all confused as to why they quit playing, some of us thought they were trying to let the fans sing, others (like me) thought the sound system was down. The concert was absolutely amazing and during the hi-touch all the members were soooo sincere and sweet, Dowoon said he liked my shirt (I made a pink shirt that said "DAY6 MADE MYDAY") and I like kinda cried for like 5 days afterward. The fan was alright afterward, and they wound up redoing the song 😂😂 Jae was like "We're gonna start over and pretend that didn't happen!"😂😂
I was there and I remember being extremely confused lmao I was in the middle & the girl who fainted was all the way in the back I think so it’s crazy how they noticed and handled everything so nicely. Great concert ! 👏🏽
guys what are you attacking the girl for? As an islander ill never have a chance to see them, but this girl did, imagine her happiness! Who restricts her from singing to her favourite songs? Besides, it wasn't as if she took the microphone and started singing, she was singing along to the song along MANY OTHERS! If the camera was further from her you wouldn't even realize! It's not like Korean is her first language. Besides, is that what's freaking important or the compassion day6 have for their fans? Do you think they would appreciate this behavior?

Jae is actually amazing In that short amount of time, he recognized apologize about the interruption, check on the fan, and bring back the hype immediately.
I really love how, as soon as they notice something wrong with the fan, Youngk (I couldn't see who it was very well but I think it was him) didn't sing due to being too concerned and that music began to die down a bit, coming to a straight halt as soon as they realized the myday fainted. Even our fandom was more worried about our fellow myday than the music being played. They're so sweet.

honestly though, I don't know Korean or anything but when i listen to kpop songs i'm actually able to sing them accurately while others sing absolute gibberish..
Jisung got me like I'm sorry but not everyone is good at singing or memorising songs and lyrics. They've got the same right in enjoying a concert and singing along if they want to.
everysoundthereis Yes, but as a fan, it's just the right thing to memorize the lyrics, if not, atleast the fanchants if you're going to a concert. Do you think they'd be grateful that the fans know the tune of the songs? Okay maybe but that's just them being humble because for me, I think it's outright rude and if they don't memorize the songs, then I don't even know how they became fans. It's incredibly sad to think that a group with songs that are so good have fans that only like them for their what, faces? music videos? the brian meme? I'm not saying anything bad to the fan, atleast not directly and I know it can be hard to memorize songs with a different language. But if you take time to memorize, you could fully feel the songs... uhmm... feeling. Trust me, I've memorized almost all of their songs and I could say it's a good feeling. Plus, you're doing the band a favor for knowing the lyrics that they wrote for you.
I'm so proud of them. They have talent and charisma, but also sassiness and kindness. (I went to a monsta x concert and they did the same; they even left the stage to check on her.) I LOVE MY LEGENDS.
I was at that concert in Austin! I was surprised when that happened. Everyone was just singing.😂😅 but we didn’t know someone fainted until they stoped the music to explained what happened.

bruh idols work so damn unquestionably hard, put on performances back to back, exhausted, stop a song to check on a fan, and still manage to smile but fans can’t even learn lyrics properly? good pronunciation is one thing but come one, if you don’t know the words, could you at least not yell “uhuhjuhhupppoiohhuhgyppppooiyyhppllbleeeeeeeeffffhhggggep” up at them? lmao. they do so much for us, often for very little reward from their companies/the industry. you could show them gratitude by learning the lyrics they put so much work into. day6 of all groups, considering they not only write their own lyrics and produce their own songs, but COMPOSE the music for their instruments as well.
