I completely agree with you about foods ability to heal our bodies. Especially when it's raw + uncooked because the nutrients are present and alive. I really do believe that every time we put food into our bodies it either heals us or slowly poisons and helps disease thrive and spread. I admire your positivity and strength. You inspire me!
