I resonate with you a lot Gemma! You seem like a very emotionally intelligent/in tuned person. You remind me of myself a lot (even from this 4 minute video). I too have had my very down/flat days these past few months. Being transparent and vulnerable when it comes to hard things in our lives is daunting but so healing.
