@kendelkay I would LOVE that, but showing me the little tiny meals you make from it also really helps me 💜 you helped transform my life completely. I was living so unhealthy and I was very sick. I now do celery juice and broth for breakfast, I got a few ideas from you for lunch, etc, and my body is thanking me for the new lifestyle and nutrients. It also helped me beat the food addiction I had, and my eternal hunger went away! I turn to you for inspiration on everything. I bought sweet potato but don't know what to do with it 🤣🤣🤣 girl, I desperately need you, lol. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You do the blogs for fun, but little do you know that some of us are healing through the process. Finding the balance, it's an amazing discovery. Thank you so much!!!. Hi there, probably the best preventative thing you can do for skincare is getting a food allergy test. If you are consuming foods you are allergic to, your skin will not improve generally, as well as your gut. It's a good idea all around. I knew a couple people with cystic acne who cut out certain foods which greatly improved their skin outcome. Definitely give it a shot, it's worth it.

Love the vlog! Also, as someone who also struggles with acne too, odd tip: carrots! I eat one big one before bed and it stops any cystic acne from forming :)
