Kendel, I know this is a difficult time in your life but just focus on yourself and what you truly want in life, whatever it is, you will find it. It is painful now but one day you’ll look back and it will all make sense. I guarantee a better man will come along one day, you are special and one of a kind, any man would be so lucky to have you on his arm. I go to Sprouts for all of my natural ingredients. Joboba, avocado, coconut oil after shaving in special places, and dr. bronners for all purpose soap. I also buy aloe vera and use it during hot summers after swimming/walking outside in SoCal. Love Sprouts for everything!!

I like that you’re connecting w old friends and making new ones! Never give up your friends and social life for a man. Idk you and Luke but it seems like you were very isolated in PR and I know Luke promotes not having many friends, which I think is toxic AF, who doesn’t want as many friends as possible and a rich social life?! Idk if that was his way of isolating you (a lot of abusive men do this so you don’t leave him), but keep doing u girl!!! Having a strong support system (friends & family) is the best way to get over a break up!

Kendall isn’t buying things new either in many cases. She is thrifting, which is such good practice and hopefully inspires you. The things she gets from companies that she doesn’t want she may want to sell, or give to her new friends. It’s not cool to ask an awkward question like that especially as she hasn’t mentioned wanting to get rid of any clothes, at least not on this platform.
