As a phlebotomist, your veins do pop up more when your hot! If I have to deal with a small vein, I put a heating pack on the area to make the veins pop up more. Also, in my experience, veins tend to be bigger when you work out regularly.
Does everyone have veins going down there bicep? I’m 16% body fat and don’t have one on my left arm so annoying😂 would it appear if I became more muscular?
🤢 I’m all for encouraging the bois and appreciating physiques/progress. But this ‘kings’ bs 🤮 Do better. Be better. Don’t settle. Keep going till you get what you want, the keep going till you can’t go no more. Cut this pussy king bs out.
Was hotter then this when I was in Italy. I walked around with a fan which helps a lot. Beat tip bring a portable fan with u to the gym. Us be surprised how much harder u can do cardio and weights with a fan
@@JoeFazer Joe, get yourself a portable air con unit for your bedroom, best thing I have EVER bought...these heatwaves aren't going away that's for sure..
@@JoeFazer another tip: take a quick rinse in shower & don't dry off, just stay in front of the fan while wet. Works for me when it gets too hit in my area
Only In Greece, specifically in creta we know the true heat. For example a regular day in the summer is 40 degrees the hot days are above 55 under the sun and we have have got used to that
hey joe ive been watching your vids for the longest time and ive gained confidence to upload my transformation thank you for everything you have been doing you are the goat
In Australia, we cop a lot of hot weather like this but we have split system air conditionings which help soften the blow. Fans definitely don’t cut it, they more so just push hot air around
Whoever’s reading this, I pray whatever your going through gets better and whatever your struggling with or worrying about is going to be fine and everyone has a fantastic day! Amen
you guys are relatively lucky. Here in serbia its everyday 40C and i havent seen big clouds in 2 months its so hot that fish boiled in local rivers because the water was so hot . It sucks here cant wait for autumn to come.
I miss the gym, I miss the late nights deadlifting, I miss looking at myself and being proud of what I look like, getting over her. Sadly I've been injured and not been able to workout for a year and idk when I'll be able to workout again.
As someone who lives in South East Asia where it can almost hit 50°c when summer I recommend you to workout at open window or ac gyms, Drink a lots of cold water, always open the windows, sit under the tree, avoid sun, eat lots of fruits cus fruit is more tasty when it's hot especially watermelon and cucumbers and have fun at swimming pools.
one time in darwin australia i had to sleep outside in 31c, 91% humidity weather. The air was so thicc it felt like you were drowning on land. AND it was only MAY which in the southern hemisphere is the month before winter.
