Yes. I'm not sure where you are on the map but in my corner of the world here its like my chickens all decided at once to start laying eggs and I'm back to 12-18 eggs a day. Thankfully I have regulars that buy up my extras.

I finally got the nutrimill and I have Sue's book and so far my favorite recipes are the Cream of Wheat, I add butter and maple syrup, and the Fabulous French Bread, ive been baking that like daily. Anyway, do you have some favorite recipes you would like to share specifically for fresh milled flour? Either from Sue's book and just your own tried and true? Fresh milled, sourdough, etc. I want to expand but I am stuck in these few sourdough recipes and these few fresh milled flour recipes. Thanks😊

Excited to try the cream of wheat!!! Gotta try the French bread:) We enjoy the cheddar biscuits, the blueberry lemon pancakes, the rich peanut butter bars, and the slightly sweet wheat bread:)

Hey Alana, I think when we use whole wheat for yeast and sourdough breads, we r suppose to use the hard ( not soft). Have you heard that before? I only use soft wheat for baking cookies and cakes that use a baking soda or powder. I might be wrong, but I get really good results using hard fresh ground whole wheat with my sourdough. I still use at least 1 cup of bread flour cz I don’t like to add the wheat gluten.
