Even though he's generally pretty casual with his past crimes in dialogue, even Dave can understand how tense the situation is for Dee. Remember that this is the same game series where children are stock images, voices are text-to-speech, and Foxys are yiffable. That fact makes the writing even more impressive, that a game so filled to the brim with memes can still have a deep and compelling storyline, that is unironically better than the source material in FNAF.

I downloaded this game because I heard about this scene. Gotta admit. Dave was actually cool. Sportsy was hella creepy though.

When it said that you weren't Jack, I was expecting an option revealing who *you* are, a player who is controlling Jack, and then a bunch of fourth wall breaks to show up.

“Prepare for the horrors, this night will keep repeating over and over, and over, until you make it to the end! They hide ‘round the corners, you better peel your eyes and looking over your shoulders ‘cause *you’ll never be alone again.”* Anyone else think of this when Dave said that stuff?

Alternative ending:Dave and Dee continue searching for the souls and leave jack behind after learning they can’t win…they try to go to the source of the problem…Henry…..they gather the phones,convince Blackjack but even if they manage to get rid of the spite….Henry wins the fight…since Jack isn’t there to revive them….so without jack….they all lose…just something that popped into my mind

Gotta love how Jack said exactly what Henry said in the good ending; "I'd like to see you try." There's also other things that show how evil Jack and Henry think alike

I played through the evil ending, didn’t do this though. I knew what’d happened, I just couldn’t do it. Betraying Dee and Dave like that seems terrible. I never did it. I’ve played through the evil ending once, while with the good ending...Few too many times it seems.

Dave: *(Died a villain and became a hero.)* Jack: *(Died a hero and became a villain.)* It’s ironic. Jack died a hero, a guy trying to find his sister and died in a Springlock suit on the way. He made a pact with The Real Fredbear Dave died a villain, but went AWOL and abandoned the pact, killing Fredbear, and later Davetrap. He becomes the next Henry, in the sense he becomes the next restaurant owner in a bear suit to murder kids, but also in the sense he becomes Henry’s “partner.” Or more accurately, Henry takes control of Jack’s body. Gee, a mass murderer murders their partner and becomes possessed by another evil entity, does that sound familiar to an popular retro-styled 8-16 bit-like game I know and love? Dave was a villain, but a sympathetic one. He as abused, screwed with on an emotional, psychological, medical, and physical level by Henry. He was kicked out of his orphanage because nobody wanted to adopt him, and nobody wanted to help him. He had to learn how to play music for bread, and drinking rainwater for a drink. Fate screwed him over time and time again. Henry took pieces of Dave’s brain out and it caused his conscience to die. He repossessed his corpse over and over, making his physical body more feral, and his reasonability retreating to the Flipside. Nobody wanted him, not even Henry. But in death, he tried to stop someone who was like him, a fruit colored, child murdering, Springlock scarred, walking talking repossessed corpse. Someone like him…Someone like *HENRY.* And he decides to haunt Jack for the rest of his life. At the end of the day, Dave became the hero he could never be in life, to punish him for his actions, and maybe even one day stop him… TL;DR: Orphaned Aubergine Eggplant Muppet Baby Man has the best anime character arc ever, 1987/10, beautiful. 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Also, that ending scene... Dave..... My jaw was hanging wide open that entire sequence.... WOW. FANTASTIC game, DirectDoggo!

Oh my God, when you first get back to the flipside Dave sees right through your bullshit, I love that. He already fell for Henry's bullshit, he's not falling for yours. Just pure disappointment in that look he first gives you.

This could have been a genocide ending. After killing puppet and Dave your curious to go down further and finding the phones and doggo(old sports soul* Killing everyone but after killing doggo you find out it's your soul and realized you f up. And die for good and genocide ending happens

THE FIRST TIME I PLAYED I GOT THIS ENDING BECAUSE I WANTED TO HELP BOTH THE FLIPSIDE AND REALITY. SO I LIED TO PUPPET. AND I GOT THE BAD ENDING. AND I GOT SO UPSET BECAUSE I WANTED TO STAY AT LEAST WITH ONE OF THEM BUT WHYYY DID JACK TURN INTO HENRY 😭

Honestly I feel bad for murdering children and stuff Out of all games where sad stuff exists, I only felt bad about doing something bad in DSaF And that's why I did the good route and later only killed kids (just to get more dialogue with Dave. Im not joking) in the first 2 games, couldn't do that again in 3rd tho
