are there driving aids available for when using the game controller to steer the car? is damage only cosmetic or can it effect performance? is it possible to DNF?
I love f1 but I was thinking of getting this game to play on Sundays before each race like I do before each f1 race is this game good and is it good for a steering wheel and pedal and clutch setup
I have a question for yous. I had this AWESOME Race I finished but I accidentally hit Continue and lost any chance of viewing the replay. Is there any possible way I can view it again?
Practice, practice, practice. When your car is damaged you can't go as fast as you do when fully repaired or clean. Car setups help a lot for control. When to throtle and when to brake to help control the car
It took me awhile to learn this, but if someone is going to pass you, just let them get in front and pick up their draft. I only mean this to be constructive, by the way.
I got a few questions about the game. Can you drive in the Camping World Truck Series, Nationwide Series, And Sprint Cup Series Or Is It Only The Sprint Cup Series? Can You Make Your Own Car Or Can You Only Drive As A Pro? Is There A Carrer Mode? Please answer These Questions As Soon As Possible.
is the best game ever for 1. the cars break easy, the cars not broke on need for speed just on the shift 2.not have so much penalty like the F1 2011 3. i play all the race games in the world or almost like 300 so i know very much things about racing games and nascar inside line is the best game eeevvveerr
i have a NASCAR game and your opponents clip you on purpose. i think he was doing a really good job. i think NASCAR is a little bit harder than the street racing ones. i've been a gamer since 1991.
That's the difference between iRacing and console racing...we do NOT have shitty drivers. There is NO "crashing out" because if you do, a protest is made against you and after 2 warnings you get suspended for unsportsmanlike conduct. iRacing uses and adheres to a "code of conduct" that is strictly enforced. It's well worth the money. Tracks are laser scanned for absolute accuracy and REAL driving skills are needed in order to use the system.
The older ones were alot easier than the new ones. I haven't played NTG:IL but I did play 2011 and the chase view was very close to impossible to use. Plus it is hard to drive while someone is pushing you too.The drafting in my opinion was the biggest upgrade. On the older games the other drivers never wanted to draft. It was almost like they had to pass you no matter what.
The game is very realistic compared to past NASCAR games. The developers used telemetry data that the teams don't even get. So, Jimmie Johnson drives like Jimmie Johnson. Very realistic.
i did the same, I figured since my car wasn't fully upgraded, I'd use the moderate difficulty, it was way too easy, so I was on the pole, and I switched to hard for the 500, and as soon as the race started, I was being passed and by the time I was at full speed I was too far back, then everytime I tried to get someone to draft me or give me a bump, they either spun me out or stayed about .03 of a second behind me, so the difficulty settings need some work, other than that it is a great game.
well he was using the chase view which i find like impossible to drive. it's much easier if u use the cockpit view. have you ever played a NASCAR game?
It's so precise and so accurate that it's used as a training tool by F1, INDY and NASCAR. At any day of the week there's a chance you can be racing against professional NASCAR drivers. Dale, Jr, Stewart, Danica, and Kyle Busch are a few who have joined. Let's see ANY console game do that. We can't use "screen names" either...you have to use your REAL name in order to join. Learn about it before you knock it. If I was a shitty driver I woulddn't be an iRacing member...I'd be playing THIS shit.
This guy's driving amazes me. If you're using a controller, get a wheel and pedal set. You're driving will be much smoother. If you're using a wheel already, get some more practice. And switch to cockpit view or dashcam without the wheel, there's fewer distractions when you're simply looking out the windshield. Also...if you're using a wheel and using cockpit view, don't have the wheel on. You have one in your hands...why would you need one on your screen, too?
So you're telling me that unrealistically that Danica can't have a top 5 finish in a restrictor plate race? Dude, those are usually the tracks she tends to be her best at. Despite her career overall, Einstein it's not really impossible for her to realistically have this kind of finish at Daytona. Whether she ever takes in Sprint Cup racing overall, is something we really don't know. It doesn't appear promising right now.
I honestly think the games from like 2004-2006 were better than the current. Career mode was much more in depth. Cautions are really weird on this game.
has anybody ever played nascar 2005 chase for the cup? if so is this game like that? i want a game that you start in stock races and work your way up to owning a racing car
If they want to make the next nascar game great(if there is one), they need to look back at the EA Sports Nascar games from 2001, 02.03,etc. Then, it'll be a good game and I will buy it. 2011 was an awful game. Hopefully this is better.
You know you can change it in the game settings to make it so it doesn't handle at all with damage (for a more realistic experience). If this is the example that makes you not want to get the game then that's really really sad....
You said it's unrealistic bc danica finished 4th? it's unrealistic how you crashed on the second lap, t-boned jr and still manage to run 18 more laps and cause numerous cautions during that time and still finish in the top twenty... disappointing game yet again
Why don't you play with Destruction Derby dude?:-) I find it odd that 9 out of 10 NTG:IL videos are crap, full with crashes. Is there anybody out there who can actually drive?
