DayZ Devs Tease New Game Features Coming This Year!!! 

I just had an idea for a video suggestion for you. B.I. has hired multiple modders now, yeah? How about some videos taking a peek at their DayZ (or other games) mods? New modding kids might see these and step up their work, perhaps in hope their skills are wanted as well

This is a prime example why DayZ is so popular on consoles. I play PC and Console. Console, official, on a keyboard and mouse server is probably the best experience. PC is a sh*tshow. Draw distances being abused, weirdo admins, hackers…. Can’t even play official to any major extent. There are always ways people will find to cheat or otherwise try to ruin a game. PC is just a nightmare for it though. Do I prefer the performance of my PC over a PS5? - Yes, massively. Is it worth the game being unplayable without darn well investing into some weirdo’s server to even be able to get in the queue let alone the server? F no. DayZ on console is the best thing that ever happened for the game imo. Played from Arma 3 & DayZ SA early access launch. Was relieved when it went to console… even more so once the current gen consoles released.

Plate carriers don’t make you superman. You can get one shot in between the plates on your sides and obviously if you get shot in the head your dead. Thats how it should be.

I know a combat veteran who was shot in the plate from roughly 250m with a 7.62x54r , stopped the bullet and although he didn't go unconscious he was out of the fight. couldn't breath for about a minute his teammates had to drag him out of the line of fire and he had all kinds of hurt so going uncon although not "realistic" is i'd say the best option for the devs

If you wanna argue let’s argue like grown men i don’t what you are your pronouns but don’t come with it’s realistic getting hit from a single bullet wearing a heavy plate like a ceramic or steel plate with fragmentation protection skin and falling unconscious over 1 minute while your enemy shooter runs to you takes your weapons away takes your pants and shoes away and literally RAP** you this is realistic ????

@@Marks12 That’s why there is next gen. They could actually run it, plus code locks sleeping bags and markers are the most basic things they need and probs the building. That’s all we basically need, not only this could improve the game for console but make people enjoy the game go pvp roam all that stuff not all fancy guns and armour what they have just the real stuff we want from a survival game.

@@Marks12 the loot system tends to spawn several same items in a row in one place, that was looted and has free loot spots. It looks like every second or so the game iterates through every item and checks if number of the item on the map is below maximum, if not - spawns it as long as there is free space and the number is below max. This isn't fair, I need one headlight, not three or four, I need one ACOG in good condition, not 4 in "badly damaged", that's real, I had it yesterday.

This game has so much more to offer then pvping its about surviving, exploring, hunting, meeting new people and go on adventures with them, find a car and fix it, build a base, raid a base hell you can do so much in this game outside of pvp

You're probably the type of Dayz player that plays in 999x boosted loot, hit markers, compass on the screen. Go back to cod scrub
