DC’s Superhelden-Serie Legends of Tomorrow spielt im gleichen Universum wie bei Arrow und The Flash, doch die Welt hat sich seit der Ankunft des Bogenschützen und des Flitzers gewaltig verändert. Helden alleine reichen nicht mehr, um die Menschen von Star & Central City zu beschützen. Es erhebt sich eine böse Macht, die zu besiegen mindestens eine Handvoll Legenden benötigt. Nachdem der Zeitreisende Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) die Zukunft gesehen hat, bleibt ihm keine andere Wahl, als ein Team zusammenzutrommeln, dass sowohl aus Helden als auch aus ihren Gegenspielern besteht. It's weird seeing this trailer because Flash and Green Arrow were NEVER present during the Legends meeting and all this footage was never used in the pilot nor the episode that first mentions the Legends.

MagicianFlip69 yeah. Legends started during season 2 of Flash. Flashpoint was season 3. This was a teaser for the show. It came out before season 3 and 1 of Flash finished. So Oliver was still the arrow. And other stuff too. So once. The new seasons started they had to change stuff. Including adding Hawkman and Jax

This was a teaser made exclusively for the CW's Broadcaster's presentation in May 2015. It was shot in a day as part of a Flash shoot. None of the footage in it is from an actual episode (save for the shots from older episodes of Flash and Arrow). However this teaser was very representative of what would come to the show later on: - The Atom shrinking abilities. - The Time Masters and the mission. - The Flash and Arrow were both part of the crossover event that kick started Legends, and Oliver showed up twice during the season. - The Giant robot foot at the end was representative of the "Leviathan" episode. - Pretty much the roof scene with Rip and the team. Again, this was not the first official trailer (that's the one that came at the end of the year) but rather an internal promo trying to show those buying the show what they were shooting for (including the shared universe).

Sorry not entertaining because it isn’t Sara isn’t bad she never changed much from Arrow but Ray had changed from Arrow went from Playboy to Dum boy so call smart but yet changed his good personality to a more immature person that wants to be with a girl but hugs guys more as well for Nick mr metal man to hugging guys more then wanting to spend time with a nice girl wanting to be with him I just don’t understand oh boy it’s paining me to continue but have to do it in order to see the other half’s of flash or Arrow Supergirl Hawk and other cool characters from other awesome shows because some how they end up with those characters only one cool out of the so call guys that fit with them is Mick Constantine was good in his show and didn’t see his all the way but when he mixed with them he changed as well

For those of you wondering why none of this was in the pilot or any episode of the first season, it's because this was a pitch trailer, which is why it's lengthier than an average teaser trailer. This was presented at a special CW broadcasting event as a way to see how producers, executives, and the general public reacted to the idea. It is not uncommon for studios to do this, it's called test footage/trailer, which sometimes is done entirely in CGI, depending in the budget. Another good, and very memorable example is the Deadpool CGI teaser which was "leaked" a couple of years before the movie was green lighted, as a way to see how audiences reacted. And it worked. Its positive reception got the fans requesting for the movie to be greenlit, and the rest is history. Of course, this series went through major changes in direction, as well as casting, to accommodate for the other shows' storylines, as well as to have a more diverse genre in their lineups.

The first episode was so packed that it would have been a waste. Maybe budget or simply logistics (time) to shoot it all. Don't forget that this teaser was an internal promo for the CW's Broadcaster's presentation which was shot in a final day of The Flash shooting season 1. At the same time it works better that Barry and Oliver were not in there. If they had been it would have legitimized Rip's mission. Don't forget that the whole point in part 1 and 2 of the pilot was that Rip presented the mission as legit only to tell the team that he had picked them because they didn't matter to history. On top of that that what worked so well is that this was a team of skilled individuals but inept at being heroes, learning and getting better as the showed went on. Having Oliver and Barry early on (crossover aside) would have cast a shadow that at any point the show could call on the 'experienced' guys to solve any issue.

Man when i saw this trailer for the first time I thought it was gonna suck (season 1 did kinda suck), but now its one of the craziest show on tv and one of my favorite superhero shows ever. Really shows how you shouldn't judge a show by its trailer.

Super hero stuff is amazing when its a tv series because they get to do so much more and it doesn't feel rushed. Everyone gets what they want. The story is always so much better in a tv show because you get more time. I love this.

There are several scenes that have changed. Like the Green Arrow and Flash gathering the Legends, and Kendra on top of an Obelisk. Too bad, I think it would have been better with these scenes.

Gleicher Meinung. Ich meine, sowohl Marvel als auch DC haben coole Charas, die keiner von dem anderen "geklaut" hat. Oder gibt's ne Marvel-Harley oder -Raven? Oder nen DC-Loki oder -Deadpool? But the point of the series was to make side characters of the Arrow and Flash TV series to main characters. It would be cool but they would have just stolen the show. And as Rip Hunter said, these people are irrelevant in 150 years, and if someone dies, time wouldn't change drastically, while Arrow and Flash had a giant impact on time and when they die whole centuries could be erased from time.

Rory essentially became the Doctor, even down to being responsible for the destruction of all the other Time Lords/Masters. And one of his recruits in this series is named Mick Rory, who he usually calls "Mr. Rory." 😂

I remember watching this 3 years ago, and thinking it would be terrible. I watched anyway cause I kind of enjoy cringy shows, and to be honest season 1 was kind of boring. But then somewhere along the way it became the most ridiculous insane and absolutely fantastic superhero show ever. So yeah if you want a show that doesn’t take itself too seriously, and enjoy a good dose of silliness, sit back, watch Legends of Tomorrow, don’t give up after the cringy beginning, don’t overthink it, enjoy yourself, and most important of all, PRAISE BEEBO!!

The reason none of this stuff was ever in the show was this wasn't a trailer. It was a pitch film Berlanti made to sell the idea to CW. It was never meant for public consumption. That being said, the show would have been a a lot better if they had stayed closer this premise.

klar ist es eine Serie, dennoch find ich den trailer relativ "billig". Marvel Filme sind einfach immer super inszeniert und da es sich hierbei auch um Superhelden handelt liegt der Vergleich zu Marvel eben nahe.

we should have had s1 concentrated on Sara Cold, Mick, Atom and Firestorm as a team gathered by Arrow and Flash, without the Hawk's drama and Rip's drama and leadership, he should have been just a background character who guides them from time to time.

when this was made the pilot hadn't been nailed down yet this was filmed and edited together specifically for SDCC but i wish more of the themes made it into the show. like how it was acualley Barry and Oliver who assumbled them and told them their mission. this trailer showed us a different show a great on now mind you the one we have is good and getting better the show still and probably will never capture the spirit of this first trailer

+Seb Terner His identity is know to everyone as Rip Hunter. his father is Booster Gold and has been around since 1959. I like the fact that they used Arthur Darvill to play him as it is a nice cameo (he even gets his accent right!) but its not what your thinking I'm afraid.

They changed the original idea to the new idea. Originally Rip, Barry, and Oliver approach the members of the Legends to become heros. They then changed the idea to where Rip approached them and only them. Arrow and Barry were supposed to be on Legends a lot more originally.

This was a teaser made exclusively for the CW's Broadcaster's presentation in May 2015. It was shot in a day as part of a Flash shoot. None of the footage in it is from an actual episode (save for the shots from older episodes of Flash and Arrow). With that said everything that this internal teaser showed was represented in the show later on: - The Atom shrinking abilities. - The Time Masters and the mission. - The Flash and Arrow were both part of the crossover event that kick started Legends, and Oliver showed up twice during the season. - The Giant robot foot at the end was representative of the "Leviathan" episode. - Pretty much the roof scene with Rip and the team. Again, this was not the first official trailer (that's the one that came at the end of the year) but rather an internal promo trying to show those buying the show what they were shooting for (including the shared universe).
