- this video helps you to make a DC to DC boost converter. - Convert 12V Dc to (9 - 50)V DC with high current. - the best way to give a high voltage and current from 12v DC. - high efficiency %93
Me gustan mucho estos videos que muestran el final de la historia , eso habla mucho de quien los hace , te falicito !!!!, Muy bueno y practico , Gracias !!!!
Hai nice n amazing vidio bro.. may I ask any questions? 1. How many inductance the primer n secondary? 2. How zise wire do you use in primer n secondary optional??
Very good video. But need some small correction Output capacitors maye should read 2200 microfarad 63 Volts. Please edit as necessary . Please can you make a link for the circuit diagram. Thanks for everything.
Hawkar, great video. Could you please share your schematic? I have a problem with a automotive audio power ampliffier which uses the same IC, but seems no working. All transistors, diodes, mosfets are OK. Thanks in advance.
Output power depends on the MOSFET and trasformer. The higher MOSFET or add the number of MOSFET can give higher output current. And increase the number of output turn of the trasformer it's giving higher voltage.
If you don't mind telling me. what part of the world do you live in? I'm just curious. because it seems no one around where I am seems to be interested in electronics. there is no one to help or to learn from. it seems all the smart people are outside the u.s. and thanks for the earlier reply. the chip you recommended. does it have a feedback to regulate output voltage.?
+Hawkar Fariq wow that is like 180 degrees from where I am. I live in north Carolina. in eastern u.s. do you speak English or use translation? would you be interested in helping me with a parts list for my project? the MOSFET data sheets give me a little trouble. and I know even less about ic's and anything that needs programing . I am very new to electronics. but wanting to learn . every thing I know. I have taught my self. by reading and videos like yours on RU-vid. any help you could give I would be greatful. thanks for the reply.
boa noite , sou do Brazi ! lcomo não enxergo bem não consigo definir qual o valor do resistor que esta ligado do pino 16 ao gnd , é de 6,6k ou 66k ?aguardo resposta !
Are you sure this diagram is correct? I have built circuitry based on this diagram but that doesn't initiate PWM at all. According to the datasheet, you circuitry has problems with dead-time control. Please explain that.
@@HawkarFariq What is the diameter of the ferrite core and how much gauge of copper or enameled wire used in Primary and secondary windings ? Can we add more Mosfets to drive more current ?
I just saw this channel today brother, thanks for sharing and if I may, please where can I find a clear diagram because the one in the video is low resolution, also how many turns per primary and secondary coils!? Thanks in advance, Greetings from Tanzania
is it possible to get 150-160v DC using this chip? I'm needing to build a dc-ac inverter. I need a DC boost for it. I need to build a 24-120v 60Hz inverter. will this chip work for me?
You need 24v DC to 160v AC 60Hz . this circuit is high frequency. For low frequency ( 50 or 60) Hz you need more turn for transformer and large transformer (depend on power ) And the primary coil for 24v must be (40T - 40T)or more turn. because its low frequency SG3525 is a good chip ialso can give 50 or 60Hz
here you can find more details about what you want www.homemade-circuits.com/2015/05/simplest-pwm-modified-sine-wave.html?m=1 If you use 24v just double the coil turns in primary and sec.
For increasing the output voltage, you can use a Walton Cockroft circuit. It is also known as the voltage doubler. You can use two diodes and a capacitor to achieve this at the output.
@@HawkarFariq first of all thank you for the reply. in pc power supply's I've seen only EE or EI cores. I wanted a toroidal core is there any market where i can buy it?
Yes the basic of dc to dc converter is EE or El core but also have a toroidal core after the diode of 12v for filtering the voltage. you can use it and use new copper wire to make a new transformer
maybe I'm late but the output of the 2 internal op amps of the ic is directly connected to the pin 3( you can see the internal schematic in the datasheet). he uses the op amps instead of the feedback pin 3 in this case
You speak strangely, but hey, at least this video HAS a voice-over explaining things, unlike a LOT of other RU-vid videos that just have some stupid music instead of any form of narration.
