Brookhaven is in DeKalb County, GA. Within DeKalb County are the cities of Atlanta*, Avondale Estates, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Clarkston, Decatur, Doraville, Dunwoody*, Lithonia, Pine Lake, Stonecrest, Stone Mountain, and Tucker.
@@MichiDavis09 it is both. Fulton is west and north Atlanta. Dekalb is east Atlanta. But i think Fulton encompasses the bulk of Atlanta. Dekalb might be considered another area by some folks.

Thats what's messing me up. Atlanta is actually a very big city slowly being broken up smaller cities. College & Ben Hill is still Considered Atlanta by USPS. Brookhaven is Buckhead, which is Atlanta.
