More work on the engine bay, we fill some of the holes and low spots on the shock towers and frame rail. Also, we take the engine apart talk about the plans.
You said it as a joke but, I would absolutely watch a 3hr video of you guys rebuilding that motor. People may cry about 350hp being nothing special but a 1000hp turd is still a turd and hp is not the only thing that can make a car special.
I really like the detail you go into in your videos. Especially the door trim one. I refitted door cards to my jdm dc2 yesterday and they are an absolute pain if the top piece has worn. Most people would ignore showing this in the vids but I appreciate your little details. Thank you :-)
B series for ever!!! I will be fixing up my Integra's shock towers as the car was so low for so long that I banged them up a good bit. This video really helps me with ideas regarding that. Great video!!
@@LHTPerformance Yeah man thank you!!! Also had some questions regarding your S2000 injectors. #1 what size are they? And are they AP1 or AP2 injectors? #2 Did you need to modify anything or run a resistor box or anything? Or did they just plug right in? I've got a stock ITR with boltons and want to possibly run these if I don't run ID1000's
I'm really happy to have found this video series! I've been doing so,e work recently on a B18C5 N/A race motor so i'm really digging the videos! Sub'd too btw!
I was kind of sad when you announced the turbo. If you really do use a small turbo and go for around 300hp, that'd be great, but if things get crazy with like 500hp, it's gonna be another undriveable, overpowered fwd car.
Great video and update again my friend. What color of blue are you guys gonna go with, and since your going turbo and said it’s gonna be a daily driver you guys gonna keep the a/c and power steering in it. Cannot wait for the next video update.
LHTPerformance, you mentioned that you enjoy the tuner 2 cams. What are your thoughts on the skunk2 pro 1 cams comparatively? I’m about to install pro 2s on an N/A daily driver want to know if I chose well. Thank you! BTW love that you are sticking with the B-series. Love the videos!
Ryan Schuetzler They’re hard to start especially when cold. If you want stress free driving, just turbo it and use Sk2 stage 1 cams. They’re also hard on the rocker pads.
You didn't mention the company that does the super guards. I think it might have been on purpose. Either way, that's what the Subaru guys do. There is a week point in the block. So they mill it out and insert a super blockguard. If you can divulge the info about the company that would be nice. If not...Understandable.
Man i had a second gsr motor i was building when i had my teggy. Was staying NA and was looking at 210-215whp when all was said and done but due to unfortunate circumstances had to sell the whole setup cause i needed the money asap i lost a lot of money on that 😫😫😫
@@LHTPerformance yeah i love my SI and glad i was able to get it. When i get the SI to where i want it im getting another integra. Ive already got a build in my head for it
LHTPerformance Yeah, I figured as much. From what I can tell, the ECU is locked down and the only supercharger worth getting is the Comp Tech, but it gains only about 60hp. I’ve got a 2005 BB S2000 I plan on bringing you someday.
@@LHTPerformance Thank you. I've looked up this code and I'm seeing something that is much darker than the Integra plus something that looks like the Integra colour.
We have this thing called boost by gear and RPM now. Even the most basic OTS system (i.e. Hondata) has traction control. Quite simply, you don’t have to use all of the power all the time, but to raise the ceiling is a hardware change if you go too small from the start. The tyre technology is heaps better from 10 years ago as well.
@@9camper dude u a car guy nothing wrong in getting excited to see some horsepower....depends on fuel system his set up is good for like 650+ easy......its just a suggestion n it wouldnt have to leave there but just for dyno....#merica 😂😂😂😂👍
