This is probably my favorite DCappella cover, due to the sheer energy everyone puts into it, and how everyone's distinct voices (particularly the bass and the girl in the orange shirt) come together in each part.
Faith Cameron Faith Cameron actually, I’m getting the idea for a shounen anime about a gender ambiguous person that can channel aspects of Egyptian gods and goddesses for combat and problem solving. The singers are Bast, Sekhmet, Anubis, Thoth, Isis, Horus, and Osiris, each singing about how they can benefit the protagonist.
I've got a bass singing voice and up to now I've always been really jealous of baritones and tenors because usually bass isn't appreciated as much as those, but damn these comments here really raised my confidence :D
I think in live performance, it's difficult to pick out the bass notes to appreciate them. But in a recording which you're listening on earphones, it's easily distinguishable and sounds really really good. I'm sure you're great. Keep going!
Well I also used to be a base. Started my freshmen year training my voice to sing higher notes. Senior year I can get well past A6 without much trouble. Just practice and dont push to hard at first as it can damage your voice. But personally I still like doing bass parts.
Yep 😂 I came across this on my binge of Aladdin the musical videos, and was about to skip out of my “nothing could possibly better than the musical” mentality, then they started singing

I'm a regular listener of Home Free, Pentatonix, Voctave etc. so I'm not surprised with bass voices, or people-who-just-swallowed-a-drumkit, nore sopranos who can touch the sky. But my word, I think i'm in love with the alto and mezzo : they both have such a powerful and charismatic voice, just wow! That's the best rendition of this song that i've heard, I'm glad youtube sent me this recommandation but why this late?
This came up on a Disney playlist on Spotify and I thought it was Ptx at first, but so glad I've discovered another acapella group! This is fantastic ☺️
